Masood Rana (Urdu: مسعُود رانا), was a Pakistani film playback singer. He began his singing career in 1962 with the film Inqalab, became one of the top male singers in both Urdu and Punjabi films for more than three decades and remained a busy singer until his death in 1995.

Strings was a Pakistani pop/rock band composed of two members, plus four live band members from Karachi, Pakistan. The band was initially formed by four college students—Bilal Maqsood, Faisal Kapadia (vocals), Rafiq Wazir Ali (synthesizer) and Kareem Bashir Bhoy —in 1988. In 1992 the quartet disbanded, only to make a comeback with Maqsood and Kapadia in 2000. While the initial band rode the new wave of Pakistani pop music, the later lineup ushered a revival in the Pakistani music industry.

Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai is a Pakistani television tragic romantic drama serial that originally aired on the Hum TV from 13 December 2013, to 16 May 2014, comprising total of 23 episodes. it was also aired in India on Zindagi, premiering on 13 May 2016. The shows ended its run in India on 8 June 2016
