Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate company in India which has developed properties in Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. Its constructions are used for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, office, senior-living and educational purposes.

As of February 2021, a number of their projects remain indefinitely delayed, due to financial woes. [1] Many buyers have been left in limbo waiting for their homes. It has completed 23 projects covering 10 million square feet of constructed area and has an equal amount of area under various stages of construction.

Mantri received CII-ITC Sustainability Award 2012, by the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee. [2]

Sushil Mantri is Mantri's founder, chairman and managing director. He is also vice president of CREDAI, a body for private real estate developers in India. [3]

Mantri DSK Pinnacle: Mantri Developers in association with DSK are developing South India's tallest residential tower in Bangalore. [7] They have also developed and promoted Mantri Square, one of India's largest shopping mall, with a bowling alley, a cinema theatre and food court. [8]

Mantri Webcity: A multi-tower gated-community project on the Bangalore-Hennur road, divided into 3 blocks or 'parcels'. Although partially occupied, construction was not completed on time, with hundreds of buyers waiting for their apartments since 2013, some of them going into bankruptcy and a large majority pursuing court cases. [9] The delay caused widespread protests [10] [11] [12] and a temporary travel ban for General Manager Snehal Mantri. [13]

Malleshwaram, is a northwest neighborhood and one of the zones of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike in Bengaluru, India. It was planned in 1889 after the great plague of 1898, developed as a suburb in 1892 and handed over to the city municipality in 1895. As per the 1878 Survey of India map, the area came under the village of Ranganatha Palya and was later named after the Kadu Malleshwara Temple. The neighbourhood houses many offices, one them being World Trade Center Bengaluru. It has two shopping malls, Mantri Square and Orion Mall. Education boards of the state KSEEB and PU boards are located here.

The line connects the industrial centers of Peenya and Yeshwanthpur in the north with the central hub of Majestic and the southern residential areas of Bangalore. Shivamogga Airport, officially renamed as Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Airport, is a domestic airport serving the city of Shimoga, Karnataka, India. It is located at Sogane, 8.8 km (5.5 mi) from Shimoga and 8.2 km (5.1 mi) from Bhadravathi. The airport was to be built under Public–Private Partnership (PPP) with the Government of Karnataka. However, due to delays in project execution, the contract was terminated in January 2015. On 15 June 2020, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, B. S. Yediyurappa, laid the foundation stone to start the construction of the airport at a cost of ₹ 4.5 billion. The airport is to be constructed in two phases, out of which the first phase was inaugurated on 27 February 2023 by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. It is named after Kuvempu, who is regarded as the greatest Kannada poet of the 20th century.

Mantri Square Sampige Road is an important elevated metro station on the North-South corridor of the Green Line of Namma Metro serving the Malleswaram area of Bangalore, India. It was opened to the public on 1 March 2014. The station was constructed by Mantri Developers and consists of two basements, one ground and one upper floor. The station was named Mantri Square Sampige Road due to a PPP agreement between the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) and Mantri. Mantri Square is a shopping mall located near the station.

The Yellow Line of Namma Metro is under construction and will form part of the metro rail network for the city of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The 18.82 km (11.69 mi) line connects R.V. Road with Bommasandra and is fully elevated with 16 stations. R.V. Road station is the terminal station on the city side where an interchange is being provided with the Green Line. Jayadeva Hospital station will, in the future serve as another elevated interchange station with the Pink Line that is also under construction in Phase ll of Namma Metro's expansion. Upon its opening, Jayadeva Station will be the tallest and largest metro station in Bengaluru, with 5 levels of transport, including the metro lines. Central Silk Board station will be another interchange station between the Yellow Line and Blue Line. The other end of the Yellow Line will terminate at Bommasandra. The line was scheduled to open in June 2023, but due to construction delays, it was scheduled around December 2023, and finally, after an inspection by MP Tejasvi Surya, the line will be open around April 2024.
