Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate company in India which has developed properties in Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. Its constructions are used for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, office, senior-living and educational purposes.
As of February 2021, a number of their projects remain indefinitely delayed, due to financial woes. [1] Many buyers have been left in limbo waiting for their homes. It has completed 23 projects covering 10 million square feet of constructed area and has an equal amount of area under various stages of construction.

Mantri Webcity: A multi-tower gated-community project on the Bangalore-Hennur road, divided into 3 blocks or 'parcels'. Although partially occupied, construction was not completed on time, with hundreds of buyers waiting for their apartments since 2013, some of them going into bankruptcy and a large majority pursuing court cases. [9] The delay caused widespread protests [10] [11] [12] and a temporary travel ban for General Manager Snehal Mantri. [13]
Sankey tank, a manmade lake or tank, is situated in the western part of Bangalore in the middle of the neighbourhoods of Malleshwaram, Vyalikaval and Sadashivanagar. The lake covers an area of about 15 ha. At its widest, the tank has a width of 800 m (2,624.7 ft).

Namma Metro, also known as Bengaluru Metro, is a rapid transit system serving the city of Bengaluru, the capital city of the state of Karnataka, India. It is the second-longest operational metro network in India with an operational length of 76.95 kilometers, just behind Delhi Metro. Upon its inauguration in 2011, it became the first underground metro system in South India. Namma Metro has a mix of underground, at grade, and elevated stations. Out of the 68 operational metro stations of Namma Metro as of November 2024, there are 59 elevated stations, eight underground stations and one at-grade station. The system runs on standard-gauge tracks.
Kempegowda International Airport is an international airport serving Bengaluru, the capital of the Indian state of Karnataka. Spread over 4,000 acres (1,600 ha), it is located about 35 km (22 mi) north of the city near the suburb of Devanahalli. It is owned and operated by Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL), a public–private consortium. The airport opened in May 2008 as an alternative to increased congestion at HAL Airport, the original primary commercial airport serving the city. It is named after Kempe Gowda I, the founder of Bangalore. Kempegowda International Airport became Karnataka's first fully solar powered airport, developed by CleanMax Solar.

Malleshwaram is a northwest neighborhood and one of the zones of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike in Bengaluru, India. It was planned in 1889 after the great plague of 1898, developed as a suburb in 1892 and handed over to the city municipality in 1895. As per the 1878 Survey of India map, the area came under the village of Ranganatha Palya and was later named after the Kadu Malleshwara Temple. Palais Royale is an under-construction supertall residential skyscraper in Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. At 320 metres (1,050 ft), it is the tallest topped out building and third tallest structure in India. The building had topped-out in 2018 but the facades and interior of the skyscraper are still under construction. Its completion, previously expected by 30 December 2023, has been delayed due to pending litigation and other external factors, and is now expected by 30 December 2024.
Green Line of Namma Metro was built along with the Purple Line during the first phase of construction of the metro rail system for the city of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The 30.5 km (19.0 mi) line connects Madavara in the northwest to Silk Institute in the south. The line connects the industrial centers of Peenya and Yeshwanthpur along Tumakuru Road in the north with the central hub of Majestic and the southern residential areas of Bangalore such as Basavanagudi, Jayanagar, Banashankari, Konanakunte Cross, Thalaghattapura along Kanakapura Road. Green Line is mostly elevated, with 26 elevated and 3 underground stations. The Line passes through Majestic station which is an interchange station between Green and Purple Lines.
World One is a 280.2 m (919 ft), 76-floor skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2024, it is the second tallest completed building in India and the third tallest overall. It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.
Shivamogga Airport, officially renamed as Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Airport, is a domestic airport serving the city of Shimoga, Karnataka, India. It is located at Sogane, 8.8 km (5.5 mi) from Shimoga and 8.2 km (5.1 mi) from Bhadravathi. The airport was to be built under Public–Private Partnership (PPP) with the Government of Karnataka. However, due to delays in project execution, the contract was terminated in January 2015. On 15 June 2020, the Chief Minister of Karnataka, B. S. Yediyurappa, laid the foundation stone to start the construction of the airport at a cost of ₹ 4.5 billion. The airport is to be constructed in two phases, out of which the first phase was inaugurated on 27 February 2023 by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. It is named after Kuvempu, who is regarded as the greatest Kannada poet of the 20th century.

Mantri Square Sampige Road is an important elevated metro station on the North-South corridor of the Green Line of Namma Metro serving the Malleswaram area of Bangalore, India. It was opened to the public on 1 March 2014. The station was constructed by Mantri Developers and consists of two basements, one ground and one upper floor. The station was named Mantri Square Sampige Road due to a PPP agreement between the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) and Mantri. Mantri Square is a shopping mall located near the station.

The Yellow Line of Namma Metro is almost complete and will form part of the metro rail network for the city of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The 18.82 km (11.69 mi) line connects R.V. Road with Bommasandra, and is fully elevated with 16 stations. R.V. Road station is the terminal station on the city side where an interchange is being provided with the Green Line. Jayadeva Hospital station will serve as another elevated interchange station with the Pink Line that is also under construction in Phase 2 of Namma Metro's expansion. Upon its opening, the Jayadeva Station will be the tallest and largest metro station in Bengaluru, with five levels of transport, including the metro lines. Central Silk Board station will be another interchange station between the Yellow Line and Blue Line. The other end of the Yellow Line will terminate at Bommasandra. The line was scheduled to open in June 2023, but due to construction delays the new date was estimated to be July 2024. As per the latest reports, the Yellow Line is slated to be operational between 2nd and 4th week of January 2025. This postponement has been attributed to a delay in the delivery of coaches from China.
