Melcior Mauri Prat is a Spanish retired cyclist who won the 1991 Vuelta a España, as well as numerous smaller stage races, mainly due to his abilities as a time triallist. He won the silver medal at the time trial World Championship (1998), and was also Spanish national champion in this discipline (1995).
Denis Nikolayevich Menchov is a former professional Russian road bicycle racer, who rode as a professional between 2000 and 2013. He was best known as a general classification rider, a climber and an accomplished time trialist. In 2005 he finished second in the Vuelta a España and in 2007 he finished as the champion. He also won the centenary Giro d'Italia in 2009 and finished second in the Tour de France in 2010 becoming the first Russian to do so. Karpets is also a two-time Olympian.

José Luis Rubiera Vigil is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer. He last rode for the UCI ProTour team Team RadioShack. Rubiera won his first professional race at the 1997 Giro d'Italia, winning stage 19. He would win another stage in the 2000 Giro d'Italia and was part of three consecutive team time trial (TTT) stage wins in the Tour de France.
Luis León Sánchez Gil is a Spanish road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Astana Qazaqstan Team. Sánchez's major achievements include winning the overall classifications of the 2009 Paris–Nice and the 2005 Tour Down Under, as well as the one-day race Clásica de San Sebastián in 2010 and 2012. He also has four Tour de France stage victories and is a four-time winner of the Spanish National Time Trial Championships. He is a time trial specialist and has improved his climbing skills over the course of his career.
Pablo Lastras García is a Spanish former racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 1998 and 2015, entirely for the Banesto team and its later iterations. During his career, he recorded stage victories at the three Grand Tours, winning five stages in total.
Raúl Alarcón García is a Spanish professional road bicycle racer. Born in Sax, Valencia, Spain, he turned professional in 2007 with UCI ProTeam Saunier Duval–Prodir. On 10 March 2021, he was suspended for doping until 23 October 2023 and was stripped of 19 victories, including wins at Volta a Portugal in 2017 and 2018.
Rubén Plaza Molina is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2001 and 2019 for the Comunidad Valenciana–Kelme, S.L. Benfica, Liberty Seguros, Movistar Team, Lampre–Merida, Orica–Scott and Israel Cycling Academy teams. During his career, he recorded a top 5 overall placing in the 2005 Vuelta a España, and won three Grand Tour stages.
Ángel Edo Alsina is a Spanish former professional road racing cyclist, who competed from 1992 to 2007 as a professional. He competed in the individual road race at the 1992 Summer Olympics.
Manuel Vázquez Hueso is a professional road racing cyclist currently suspended. On 26 April 2010 he was provisionally suspended by the UCI for a suspected blood doping offense, after being tested positive for EPO on 20 March 2010 in an out-of-competition control. On 14 January 2011 the Spanish Cycling Federation suspended him for two years, starting 26 April 2010 and all results achieved after 20 March 2010 annulled.

Manuel António Cardoso Leal is a Portuguese former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2006 and 2015 for the Riberalves–Boavista, Liberty Seguros, Footon–Servetto–Fuji, Team RadioShack, Caja Rural–Seguros RGA and Tavira teams. He made his Grand Tour debut in the 2010 Tour de France, but had to pull out after the Prologue due to injuries sustained in a crash.
