Marcela Arroyo Vergara [a] (born 13 December 1984) is a Mexican former professional tennis player.
Arroyo, a right-handed player, competed on the professional tour in the early 2000s, reaching a best doubles ranking of 307 in the world. She won four ITF doubles titles, all partnering with Melissa Torres Sandoval in 2004.
As a doubles player, she twice featured in the main draw of the Mexican Open.
Arroyo represented Mexico in a total of seven Fed Cup ties, three in 2004 and four in 2005, for a 5–3 overall win–loss record.
At the 2005 Summer Universiade in Turkey, Arroyo teamed up with Lorena Arias to win a bronze medal for Mexico in the women's doubles event. [1]

Aránzazu Isabel María "Arantxa" Sánchez Vicario is a Spanish former world No. 1 tennis player in both singles and doubles. She won 14 Grand Slam titles: four in singles, six in women's doubles, and four in mixed doubles. She also won four Olympic medals and five Fed Cup titles representing Spain. In 1994, she was crowned the ITF World Champion for the year.
Paola Suárez is a retired tennis player from Argentina. She was one of the most prominent women's doubles players throughout the early and mid-2000s, winning eight Grand Slam titles, all of them with Virginia Ruano Pascual, and holding the No. 1 doubles ranking for 87 non-consecutive weeks. She was also a singles top ten player and semifinalist at the 2004 French Open.
Conchita Martínez Bernat is a Spanish former professional tennis player and coach. She was the first Spaniard to win the women's singles title at Wimbledon, doing so in 1994. Martínez also was the runner-up at the 1998 Australian Open and the 2000 French Open. She reached a career-high ranking of world No. 2 in October 1995, and was in the year-end top 10 for nine years. Martínez won 33 singles and 13 doubles titles during her 18-year career, as well as three Olympic medals. She was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2020.
Pamela Howard Shriver is an American former professional tennis player and current tennis broadcaster, pundit, and coach. During the 1980s and 1990s, Shriver won 133 WTA Tour–level titles, including 21 singles titles, 111 women's doubles titles, and one mixed doubles title. This includes 22 major titles, 21 in women's doubles and one in mixed doubles. Shriver also won an Olympic gold medal in women's doubles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics, partnering with Zina Garrison. Shriver and regular doubles partner Martina Navratilova are the only women's pair to complete the Grand Slam in a calendar year, winning all four majors in 1984. She was ranked as high as world No. 3 in singles, and world No. 1 in doubles.
