Marco van der Hulst (born 20 May 1963) is a Dutch cyclist. He competed in the men's team pursuit event at the 1984 Summer Olympics, finishing in tenth place. [1]

Johan Willem van Hulst was a Dutch school director, university professor, author, politician, chess player and centenarian. HNLMS Abraham van der Hulst was a ship of the Karel Doorman-class of multi-purpose frigates of the Royal Netherlands Navy where it used the radio call sign was "PAMF". Built by the shipyard Koninklijke Schelde Groep in Vlissingen. The ship is named after the Dutch Admiral Abraham van der Hulst. She was sold to the Chilean Navy where the ship was renamed Almirante Blanco Encalada.

The siege of Hulst of 1596 took place between mid-July and August 18, 1596, at the city of Hulst, Province of Zeeland, Low Countries, during the Eighty Years' War, the Anglo-Spanish War (1585–1604). The siege was won by the Spanish forces of the Archduke of Austria. After a short siege, during which Maurice of Orange launched a failed attempt to relieve the city, the garrison of Dutch and English troops fell into Spanish hands on August 18, 1596.
