Marcus S. Gaspard (born 1948) is an American former politician in the state of Washington. He served in the Washington House of Representatives from 1973 to 1977 and in the Senate from 1977 to 1995. [1] [2]
U.S. Route 195 (US 195) is a north–south United States Highway,of which all but 0.65 miles of its 94.02 miles are within the state of Washington. The highway starts in rural Idaho north of the city of Lewiston as a state highway in an interchange with US 95. As the road crosses into Washington it becomes a state highway that connects communities in the Palouse region of Eastern Washington. US 195 travels north,serving the cities of Pullman,Colfax and Rosalia in Whitman County before continuing into Spokane County to its terminus in the city of Spokane at an interchange with Interstate 90 (I-90).
State Route 3 (SR 3) is a 59.81-mile-long (96.25 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Washington,serving the Kitsap Peninsula in Mason and Kitsap counties. The highway begins at U.S. Route 101 (US 101) south of Shelton and travels northeast onto the Kitsap Peninsula through Belfair to Gorst,where it intersects SR 16 and begins its freeway. SR 3 travels west of Bremerton,Silverdale and Poulsbo before it terminates at the eastern end of the Hood Canal Bridge,signed as SR 104. The highway is designated as a Strategic Highway Network (STRAHNET) corridor under the National Highway System as the main thoroughfare connecting both parts of Naval Base Kitsap and is also part of the Highways of Statewide Significance program.

State Route 285 (SR 285) is a short state highway serving Douglas and Chelan counties,located in the U.S. state of Washington. The highway serves Wenatchee and runs 5 miles (8 km) from an interchange with State Route 28 (SR 28) in East Wenatchee to Downtown Wenatchee,crossing the Columbia River on the Senator George Sellar Bridge. After traversing downtown,the highway ends at an interchange with U.S. Route 2 (US 2) and US 97 north of the Wenatchee River in Sunnyslope.

From Spokane Valley,the roadway continues to the Idaho state border,where it becomes Idaho State Highway 53.
