Balochistan is a province of Pakistan. Located in the southwestern region of the country, Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan by land area but is the least populated one. Sibi is a district in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. The climate and topography of Sibi District is quite varied compared to the other districts of Balochistan. It is also known as the "hotspot" of Pakistan where the temperatures in the summer has exceeded 52.6 °C (126.7 °F). Until 2002 the district had two sub-divisions, Sibi and Harnai, further organized into Tehsils and sub-tehsils: Sibi, Kutmandi and Sangan. Lehri was joined with Sibi district in 2002 and Harnai made a separate district. Sibi tehsil is predominately inhabited by Pashtun tribes of Panni, Khajjaks and Tareens. Town of sibi is chiefly built upon lands of Marghazani and Dehpal.

The Sibi Mela is an annual cultural show held in Sibi, in the Balochistan Province of Pakistan. The first Sibi Mela was held in Sibi in January 1885. It has subsequently developed into a cultural festival, with animal markets, camel racing, tent pegging and exhibitions of handicrafts, tribal dresses and folk dances.

The Khajjak is a village at a 8 kilometers distance from Sibi city of Balochistan, Pakistan. The whole of the Khajjak town is very rich particularly in wheat. The Khajjak tribe hold the means of irrigation by the Nari completely in their hands and their crops extent of cultivation were unequaled in any part of Kachhi District.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Sibi Bhagnari</span> Breed of cattle

The Sibi Bhagnari or Sibi Bull is the largest breed of Zebu cattle and originates from Sibi in Baluchistan, though also found elsewhere in Pakistan and also India. The name is derived from the town of Bhag which is found to the south of Sibi and Naari which is a river that flows through the breeding area. The areas consists of Talli, Khajjak, Kurak, Mithri and Bhag. Each year the giant cattle are shown at the Sibi Mela.
