Marie-Sophie Hindermann (born 26 May 1991) is a German former artistic gymnast.

Career

Hindermann won four medals at the 2006 European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships in the junior category: a silver on vault and bronzes in team, all-around, and uneven bars. [2]

At the 2007 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, she finished 14th in the all-around and 5th on uneven bars.

At the 2008 European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships, Hindermann helped the German team finish 7th. She competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in all artistic gymnastics events except for vault. In qualifications, she helped the German team finish in 12th place. Her best individual result was 55th place in the all-around. [3]

At 5 feet 7 inches tall in 2008,[ citation needed ] Hindermann is the tallest female gymnast to ever compete in the Olympic Games, followed by Belarusian gymnast Kylie Dickson and German gymnast Sophie Scheder at 5 feet 6 inches. Being unusually tall for a female gymnast, she required adjustments of the uneven bars during her career that caused delays at international competitions. [1]

Humphrey was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2008 as a member of the 2003 World Championships team, and in 2015 as an individual gymnast.

Ruby Esther Harrold is a British artistic gymnast who was a member of the British Olympic team for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Harrold was also a reserve athlete for the 2012 Summer Olympics team. She was a member of the British team that won the bronze medal in the team final at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Following her retirement from elite gymnastics after the 2016 Summer Olympics, Harrold became a member of the LSU Tigers gymnastics team, having received a full athletic scholarship to attend Louisiana State University, beginning Fall of 2016.

She is a three-time Olympian, representing Germany at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where she led her team to a sixth-place finish and placed fourth in the uneven bars final, and the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.

Andrade is the first Brazilian female gymnast to medal at an Olympic Games, and she is only the second Brazilian woman to win a gold medal at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She is also the 2020 Olympic silver medalist and the 2021 Pan American champion in the all-around, and she won a silver medal on the uneven bars at the 2021 World Championships. Brooklyn Moors Canadian artistic gymnast

Brooklyn Chloe Moors is a Canadian artistic gymnast who competed at the 2020 Olympic Games. She has also represented Canada at the 2017, 2018, and 2019 World Championships. At the 2017 World Championships, she became the first Canadian to win the Longines Prize for Elegance. She is the 2019 Pan American Games champion on the floor exercise and the silver medalist with the team. She is also the 2017 Pan American champion on the floor exercise. She will begin competing for the UCLA Bruins during the 2021-22 season.
