Mario Armstrong is an American radio and television talk show host, entrepreneur, podcaster and public speaker. [2] [3] [4] Armstrong appears regularly on the Today show, [5] [6] CNN, [7] [8] HLN, [9] the American Urban Radio Networks and NPR's Morning Edition. [10] His eponymous radio show, "The Mario Armstrong Show", ran on Sirius XM Satellite Radio and in synfication from 2009 [11] to 2012[ citation needed ]. Since 2018, he has published a daily motivational podcast called "Wake Up and Level Up." [12] His web series, "Never Settle Show" began in 2018. The same year, the show won a regional Emmy. [13]

Career

Armstrong, through Mario Armstrong Media, creates content for various media outlets. Armstrong also co-founded the Urban Video Game Academy, [14] an educational non-profit program that uses video games to increase students' interest and academic achievement in science, technology and math. Early in his career, he was Baltimore's first chief technology advocate, under then-Mayor Martin O'Malley. [15]

He also made regular appearances in Baltimore media and had a recurring segment on WYPR. [16]

The Stephanie Miller Show is a syndicated progressive talk radio program that discusses politics, current events, and pop culture using a fast-paced, impromptu, comedic style. The three-hour show is hosted by Stephanie Miller and is syndicated by Westwood One. Voice artist Jim Ward formerly co-hosted the show and is a recurring guest. Miller is frequently joined on the air by executive producer Jody Hamilton and general manager Chris Lavoie. The show debuted on September 7, 2004 and is broadcast live from Los Angeles, California each weekday morning from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time, on Pacifica station, KPFK in LA, and radio stations throughout the U.S., as well as online, and via SiriusXM Progress Channel 127. The show is also video simulcast live on Free Speech TV. Audio of each day's show is also available commercial-free for download from the show's website via the paid subscription Stephcast, which has been available since June 2005. The radio show should not be confused with Miller's short-lived 1995 syndicated TV talk show with the same name.

SiriusXM Urban View is an African American talk radio channel on XM Satellite Radio 126. The subjects cover those relevant to the black community such as: politics, economics, or social issues.

The programs featured everything that Cosmopolitan offered like advice on sex, love, and relationships, beauty and fashion tips, celebrity news and music.

Michelle Elizabeth Collins is an American comedian and talk show host. Collins came into the entertainment industry as the managing editor of VH1's bestweekever.tv, a pop culture website that tied into the series of the same name. The site earned her two Webby Awards for Best Celebrity Fan Blog. In 2010, Collins joined as a co-host on the new LOGO/VH1 show The Gossip Queens, which was also in limited syndication. She joined The View on July 13, 2015, for the 19th season as a co-host. She was let go on June 3, 2016. She hosted her own Sirius XM talk show, The Michelle Collins Show, from 2018 until 2022.
