American Urban Radio Networks (AURN) is the only African-American owned and operated Nielsen RADAR-rated radio network in the United States. [2]

Privately held for the last three years[ when? ] with new ownership,[ citation needed ] AURN reaches an estimated 40 million listeners weekly on over 6,000 affiliates and provides the advertising community with multiple networks and marketing, gaming, and digital capabilities. [3]

AURN Inspirational is a 24/7 Gospel music network featuring The Hezekiah Walker Gospel Countdown and The Bobby Jones Radio Show. AURN handles affiliations, sales, and marketing for national morning programs Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning Takeover and Ebro in The Morning with Laura Stylez and Peter Rosenberg, as well as Nessa on Air, Quiet Storm with Lenny Green, The Marvin Sapp Radio Show, The Bassment with E-Rock, The Come Up with Tye Tribbett, Most Requested Live with Romeo, Invisible Eagles Podcast, Radio Health Journal, Viewpoints Radio, The Sic 60, and Cafe Mocha Radio.

AURN is the only African-American broadcasting company with a desk in the White House and has offices in New York City, Pittsburgh, Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. [4]

WILD is a AM radio station licensed to Boston, Massachusetts. The station airs a Christian format, and is owned by Blount Communications, through licensee Blount Masscom, Inc. The station operates during daytime hours only. Its transmitter is located in Medford.

KVSP is a mainstream urban radio station serving Central Oklahoma, Licensed to Anadarko and owned by the locally based Perry Broadcasting. Its studios are located at Perry Plaza II in the Eastside district of Oklahoma City and its transmitter is located in Alfalfa, Oklahoma. The tower the transmitter antenna is located on is the tallest structure in the state of Oklahoma, although Oklahoma City itself is in the "distant" area of the coverage area, according to Radio-Locator.com.. This is due to the 103.5 frequency being one space away from the 103.7 frequency in Okemah, making it difficult to properly cover the market.

Bobby Jones is an American Gospel music singer television host, and radio broadcaster from Nashville, Tennessee and the host and executive producer of several cable television gospel music programs including the former Bobby Jones Gospel.

WNOV is a commercial AM radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It airs an urban contemporary radio format, with some weekday talk shows and urban gospel music on Sundays. The station is owned by the Courier Communications Corporation and is leased to a company called Radio Multi-Media. The studios are on West Capital Drive in Milwaukee.

WYHX is a non-commercial radio station in Indianapolis, Indiana. It airs symphonic music, the weekly Metropolitan Opera broadcasts and a Christian radio format and is owned by Bible Broadcasting Network.

WDMK; is a commercial FM radio station in Detroit, Michigan. Owned by Beasley Broadcast Group, it broadcasts an urban adult contemporary format. The studios and offices are on Radio Plaza in Ferndale.

KKDA is an American radio station in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The station is licensed to serve the community of Grand Prairie, Texas, and is owned by Scott Kim and Kimberly Roberts, through licensee SKR Partners LLC. On January 1, 2013, SKR Partners began operating the station under a local marketing agreement while the sale awaits FCC approval.

WSRB is an urban adult contemporary radio station serving the Chicago metropolitan area and Northwest Indiana. It is licensed to the Southland suburb of Lansing, Illinois. Weekdays begin with the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show with local DJs heard the rest of the day. The station is owned by Crawford Broadcasting with studios and offices in Hammond, Indiana.

KJMM is a commercial radio station licensed to Bixby, Oklahoma, and serving the Greater Tulsa radio market. It is owned by Perry Publishing and Broadcasting and it has a mainstream urban radio format. KJMM carries a nationally syndicated wake up show on weekdays, "The Morning Hustle," based at Radio One/ Urban One Atlanta. KJMM's studios are in the Copper Oaks complex in South Tulsa.

WDEL-FM is a commercial radio station licensed to serve Canton, New Jersey. It simulcasts the news/talk format of co-owned AM 1150 WDEL, based in Wilmington, Delaware. As of May 20, 2019 WDEL-AM-FM is owned and operated by the Forever Media. It was previously owned by Delmarva Broadcasting Company, a subsidiary of Steinman Enterprises, a family-owned newspaper, broadcasting and mining company, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
