He made his List A debut for Free State in the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge on 9 October 2016. He made his Twenty20 debut for Free State in the 2017 Africa T20 Cup on 8 September 2017.

Akhona Mnyaka is a South African cricketer. He made his List A debut for Border in the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge on 12 March 2017. In August 2017, he was named in Bloem City Blazers' squad for the first season of the T20 Global League.
