[2] On November 7,2006,as an incumbent,Scott won the election and continued serving District 2. Scott defeated Sadie Morgan with 67.10% of the votes. [3] On November 4,2008,as an incumbent,Scott won the election and continued serving District 2. Scott defeated Sadie Morgan with 70.94% of the votes.
