The Colorado House of Representatives is the lower house of the Colorado General Assembly,the state legislature of the U.S. state of Colorado. The House is composed of 65 members from an equal number of constituent districts,with each district having roughly 80 thousand people. Representatives are elected to two-year terms,and are limited to four consecutive terms in office,but can run again after a four-year respite.
Morgan Lenore Carroll is an American politician from Colorado and was the Chairwoman of the Colorado Democratic Party. Heath served as State Senate Majority Caucus Leader from October 2013 to 2014. Prior to winning elective office,Heath was the founding chairman of ProgressNow,a progressive advocacy organization. Term limited,he did not run for re-election in the 2016 elections,so his term ended in January 2017. Heath is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder.
