Massimo Alba is an Italian menswear designer and head of his eponymous casual luxury brand, [1] [2] which is entirely made in Italy. [3] The company operates six monobrand stores: Milan, Rome, Courmayeur, Sestri Levante, Forte dei Marmi and Puntaldia.

In No Time To Die , Daniel Craig as James Bond wears Massimo Alba garments in several scenes, including grey corduroy trousers, a desert-brown baby-corduroy suit, and a long corduroy duster coat. [4] [5] [6] [7] [3] [8] Craig had worn the brand as part of his personal wardrobe before choosing to wear Massimo Alba in the film. [3]

Clientele

Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, Stanley Tucci, John Malkovich, James Franco, Justin Bieber and Sir Ian McKellen have worn Massimo Alba. [3]

Collaborations

In 2021 Massimo Alba collaborated with Italian luxury leather goods brand Valextra on a redesign of its Serie S bag, which was first launched in 1961. [9]

In 2023 Massimo Alba and Garrett Leight California collaborated on an eyewear capsule collection. [10] [11]

Personal life

Alba lives with his family in Brera, Milan, in a building where Leonardo da Vinci once lived while painting "The Last Supper". [4]

Cutler and Gross is a British luxury eyewear brand, founded in London by opticians Graham Cutler and Tony Gross in 1969. The frames are handmade in the brand's atelier in Italy, and have been worn by the likes of Madonna, Javier Bardem, Bill Nighy, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Kate Moss and Manolo Blahnik.

Martyn Bal is a Dutch fashion designer. He has worked with Hedi Slimane at Dior Homme, Donatella Versace, Christopher Bailey at Burberry and Roberto Cavalli, and collaborated among many others, with Moncler, Edward Enninful, Cutler and Gross and Marc Quinn.
