Matilde Macera (born 21 November 2002) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Serie B club Genoa CFC.

Career

Matilde Macera has always played for Genoa CFC Women since this team exists. Before Genoa CFC Women foundation in 2022, she was the goalkeeper for Genoa Cricket. [2]

Macera played almost all matches of all seasons between 2020 and 2023, becoming then the backup goalkeeper due to the loan of Camilla Forcinella from Juventus Women during 2023–2024 season.

In 2023-2024 she played her first match in Genoa-Ravenna 3-0, obtaining a clean sheet. [3]
