Touché Restaurant and Bar, or simply Touché, was an Italian restaurant in Portland, Oregon's Pearl District, in the United States. Established by Frank Ernandes in 1995, the restaurant was housed in a former fire station and became known for its wood-fired pizzas and pasta. In 2016, plans emerged for a developer to replace the building, along with others, to build a new 12-story apartment building. Touché closed in May 2017.

Early voting in person began on April 19, 2021. Since no candidate received a majority of the vote on May 1, the top two finishers advanced to a June 5, 2021 runoff election. Parker won the runoff and was elected mayor.

Intended to be more casual than a steakhouse, the family-friendly Pearl Tavern served various cuts of steak, fried chicken, fish, and risotto, as well as bar snacks and other options for brunch and happy hour. The interior had dark leather booths, multiple widescreen television for sports viewing, and servers wore plaid. Three percent of profits benefitted Harrington's non-profit organization.
