Notes

  1. Silva played three matches for Central Districts in 2000–01 and three for Auckland the following season. He had previously played both first-class and List A cricket in his native Sri Lanka. He was born at Colombo in 1970 and played primarily as a medium-paced bowler. [2]
  2. Williams played one match for Central Districts in the 1996/97 season. [3]
