Greg Riaka Loveridge (born 15 January 1975) is a former cricketer who played one Test match for New Zealand in 1996.
Born in Palmerston North,Loveridge represented Central Districts in New Zealand's domestic competitions,as well as playing for Manawatu in the Hawke Cup and in England for Cambridge University. [1]
Batting in the first innings of his only Test,against Zimbabwe,Loveridge fractured a knuckle and was unable to bowl. [2] Loveridge became only the sixth batsman,after Charles Bannerman,Talat Ali,Ewen Chatfield,Andy Lloyd and Sanjay Manjrekar,to retire hurt in his debut Test. [3]
He is now the general manager of New Zealand property company Robert Jones Holdings. [4]
Loveridge has a Bachelor of Arts in history from Cambridge University and a master's in history from Massey University,completed in 2003. [5] [6] [7]
Rahul Sharad Dravid is an Indian cricket coach and former captain of the Indian national team,currently serving as its head coach. Wasim Akram HI is a Pakistani cricket commentator,coach,and former cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. Akram is regarded as one of the greatest fast bowlers of all time,as well as one of the greatest left-arm fast bowlers in cricket history. He is often revered as The Sultan of Swing . In October 2013,Wasim Akram was the only Pakistani cricketer to be named in an all-time Test World XI to mark the 150th anniversary of Wisden Cricketers' Almanack. Pahlan Ratanji "Polly" Umrigar was an Indian cricketer. He played in the Indian cricket team and played first-class cricket for Bombay and Gujarat. Umrigar played mainly as a middle-order batsman but also bowled occasional medium pace and off spin. He captained India in eight Test matches from 1955 to 1958. When he retired in 1962,he had played in the most Tests (59),scored the most Test runs (3,631),and recorded the most Test centuries (12) of any Indian player. He scored the first double century by an Indian in Test cricket against New Zealand in Hyderabad. In 1998,he received the C. K. Vijay Laxman Manjrekar was an Indian cricketer who played 55 Tests. He represented several teams in his first-class career. A small man,he was a fine cutter and hooker of the ball. He is the father of Sanjay Manjrekar.

The 2002 ICC Champions Trophy was a cricket tournament held in Sri Lanka in 2002. It marked the third edition of the ICC Champions Trophy,with the previous two tournaments being known as the ICC Knock Out Tournaments. Originally scheduled to be held in India,the tournament was moved to Sri Lanka when India did not grant an exemption from tax,as needed. The tournament consisted of fifteen matches,including two semi-finals and a final match. This event was notable as it marked the first time that teams from all member nations of the International Cricket Council (ICC) visited Sri Lanka to participate in a cricket tournament.
Ishant Sharma is an Indian cricketer who has represented India in Tests,ODIs and T20Is. He is a 6 ft 4 in tall right-arm fast-medium bowler. At the age of 18,Sharma was called to join the Indian squad for the tour of South Africa in 2006–07. However,after receiving the call and organising travel arrangements,he was deselected. In 2020,Indian government has awarded him the Arjuna Award to recognize his outstanding achievement in cricket. Sharma was a member of the Indian team that won the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.
