The Mazaya Business Avenue project comprises three identical Commercial Towers on 5, 7 and 9 of Al Worood 3 Street. The Towers sit on the fringe of Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The three identical towers are named as Mazaya Business Avenue AA1 (5, Al Worood 3 Street), Mazaya Business Avenue BB1 (7, Al Worood 3 Street) and Mazaya Business Avenue BB2 (9, Al Worood 3 Street). All of the towers stand at a height of 180 meters (591 ft), have 45 floors each and house predominantly commercial enterprises. [1] [2] Since the Building's completion in 2012, it has attracted Forbes Most Promising UAE Startup Companies [3] and DMCC Most Innovative Startup [4]

The closest Dubai Metro Station to the Towers is 800 metres away at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (Dubai Metro). There are many local amenities less than 450 metres away in Jumeirah Lake Towers including restaurants, cafes, fast food takeaways, supermarkets, [5] and an Irish Bar. [6]

The Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is a large development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which consists of 80 towers being constructed along the edges of three artificial lakes as well as the JLT Embankment of eight towers facing Jumeirah Islands. Initially JLT had four lakes, in late 2012 developer (DMCC) announced that lake Elucio would be drained and 55,000 m2 (590,000 sq ft) park would be created instead. Subsequently, Lake Allure has been renamed to JLT Lake. The total area covered by the lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-metre (7,900,000 sq ft). The towers will range from having 35 floors to having 45, except for the centerpiece, which is 66 floors. The tallest tower and the centerpiece of the entire complex is Almas Tower which is situated on its own island between Lake Almas West and Lake Almas East.

Business Bay is a central business district under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended, and located immediately south of Downtown Dubai. Business Bay will have upwards of 240 buildings, comprising commercial and residential developments. The infrastructure of Business Bay has been completed in 2008, and the entire development was expected to be completed between 2012-2015. Business Bay is part of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Ruler of Dubai. Business Bay will be a new 'city' within the city of Dubai and is being built as a commercial, residential and business cluster along a new extension of Dubai Creek extending from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road. Covering an area of 64,000,000 square feet (5,900,000 m2), once completed it will be composed of office and residential towers set in landscaped gardens with a network of roads, pathways and canals. It will become the region's business capital as well as a freehold city.

Due to the heavy construction which is taking place in Dubai, 30,000 construction cranes, which are 25% of cranes worldwide, are operating in Dubai. Due to the burst of construction, Dubai has acquired various building-related records, which include: the world's tallest tower, the world's largest shopping mall, the world's largest fountain and the world's tallest hotel. Also under construction is Dubailand, which will be almost twice the size of the Walt Disney World Resort.

The Al Seef Towers is a cluster of three residential buildings in the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex has two towers that are 35 floors and one tower 40 floors. Construction of the Al Seef Towers was completed in 2008.

The Dubai Tram is a tramway located in Al Sufouh, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It runs for 14.5 kilometers (9.0 mi) along Al Sufouh Road from Dubai Marina to the Palm Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. The tram connects with the DMCC and Sobha Realty stations of the Dubai Metro's Red Line, and two more stations are expected to connect with the tram in the future. The Dubai Tram is also connected with the monorail of the Palm Jumeirah at the entrance of the Palm from Sufouh Road.
