Melissandre Fuentes (born March 1, 1988 in Canillo) is an Andorran figure skater. She is the 2004 and 2005 Andorran national champion. Her younger sister Lydia Fuentes competes internationally on the junior level. [1]

Fuentes is the first lady skater to represent Andorra at an ISU Championship, which she accomplished at the 2002 World Junior Figure Skating Championships.[ citation needed ]

The U.S. Figure Skating Championships is a figure skating competition held annually to crown the national champions of the United States. The competition is sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating. In the U.S. skating community, the event is often referred to informally as "Nationals". Medals are currently awarded in four disciplines: men's (boys') singles, ladies' (girls') singles, pair skating, and ice dancing in four colors: gold (first), silver (second), bronze (third), and pewter (fourth) on two levels, senior and junior. Carolyn Skoczen, married surname: Kooiman, is a Canadian former competitive figure skater. She is the 1977 World Junior, champion. She represented Windsor FSC.

Natalia Vitoldivna Gorbenko is a Ukrainian former competitive figure skater for the Soviet Union. After becoming the 1986 World Junior champion, she won five senior international medals and the 1989 Soviet national title. She placed as high as 5th at the European Championships and 8th at the World Championships.

They won two medals at the World Junior Figure Skating Championships, a silver in 1996 and a bronze in 1995. They are the 1998 Ukrainian national champions.

Brittney Anne McConn Bottoms is an American former competitive figure skater. She placed fourth at the 1998 World Junior Championships and won the Nebelhorn Trophy later that year. Her highest senior-level placement at the U.S. Championships was seventh, which she achieved three times. McConn retired from competition in 2001. She became a member of U.S. Figure Skating's International Committee.

The 2005–06 ISU Junior Grand Prix was the ninth season of the ISU Junior Grand Prix, a series of international junior level competitions organized by the International Skating Union. It was the junior-level complement to the Grand Prix of Figure Skating, which was for senior-level skaters. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The top skaters from the series met at the Junior Grand Prix Final.

Shelby Lyons is an American retired competitive figure skater who competed in both singles and pairs. She originally competed as a single skater on the novice level before teaming up with Brian Wells. They won four medals at the United States Figure Skating Championships between 1995 and 1998, and competed twice at the World Figure Skating Championships, placing 10th in 1996 and in 1998. Their partnership ended in 1998. During this time, Lyons had been competing in singles. She was the 1996 U.S. Junior national champion in singles and had competed on the Junior Grand Prix. Following the end of the partnership, Lyons went back to focusing on skating singles. She has since retired and has skated professionally on Disney on Ice. She now teaches singles, pairs, and dance in Colorado.

Klara Bramfeldt is a Swedish former competitive figure skater. She is a three-time (1999–2001) Swedish national champion and three-time Nordic bronze medalist. She reached the free skate at three ISU Championships – the 1996 Junior Worlds in Brisbane, 1997 Junior Worlds in Seoul, and 1999 Europeans in Prague. She placed 33rd in her only appearance at the World Figure Skating Championships, in 1999.
