California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt is a public university in Arcata, California. It is one of three polytechnic universities in the California State University (CSU) system and the northernmost campus in the system.

George Fox University is a private Christian university in Newberg, Oregon. Founded as a school for Quakers in 1891, it is now the largest private university in Oregon with more than 4,000 students combined between its main campus in Newberg, its centers in Portland and Redmond, and online. Michael Harry Schill is an American legal scholar and academic administrator. He has been serving as the 17th and current president of Northwestern University since September 2022. Schill previously served as the 18th president of the University of Oregon from 2015 to 2022, dean of the University of Chicago Law School from 2009 to 2015, and dean of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law from 2004 to 2009.
Robert Kyncl is an American business executive. He became the CEO of Warner Music Group on January 1, 2023. He was previously the Chief Business Officer at YouTube where he oversaw all business functions, partnerships and operations. Before YouTube, Kyncl was Vice President of Content Acquisitions at Netflix, where he spearheaded the company's content acquisition for streaming TV shows and movies over the Internet. Mr and Mrs Kyncl reside with their two daughters in Los Angeles and founded Kyncl Family Foundation focused on supporting educational needs of underrepresented communities.
The Charles H. Lundquist College of Business is the University of Oregon's business school. Lynn R. Kahle is an American consumer psychologist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business. From 2018 to 2020 he taught at the Lubin School of Business, Pace University in New York as a visiting scholar and professor.
George L. Graziadio Jr. (1919–2002) was an American commercial real estate developer, banker and philanthropist. With George Eltinge, he developed 100 shopping centers for Kmart in California and elsewhere in the 1950s. In 1963, they co-founded Imperial Bancorp, which was later acquired by Comerica and renamed Comerica Bank-California. The Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University bears his name.
DeNorval Unthank Jr. was an American architect. In 1951 he was the first black man to earn an architecture degree from the University of Oregon (UO). Unthank worked on the courthouse in Lane County, Oregon; McKenzie Hall ; and Kennedy Junior Middle School in Eugene, Oregon. He is the eponym of Unthank Hall at UO.
