Londra was the lead singer in Riverdance in the US National Tour where he performed at Radio City Music Hall in New York City and the MGM Grand Las Vegas. In 2000 and 2001, Michael was the lead singer in Riverdance on Broadway. He also performed in Broadway on Broadway, which was televised at Times Square. He sang with Heather Headley in First You Dream: A Tribute To Christopher Reeve in the New Amsterdam Theater on Broadway. [1]
Londra is the creator and director of Radiocelt, a Celtic internet music station, which is part of the Accuradio network. [2]
He released an album entitled Celt, which includes several of his own compositions. [2] His singing is the background sound of the "Look Around Ireland" DVD. [3]
Londra was the lead singer in The Passion of the Christ Symphony based on the score of the movie directed by Mel Gibson. The score was written by Oscar nominee John Debney. [2]
As ambassador for Concern Worldwide in the US, he released a charity single on their behalf to raise funds and to bring attention to their fight against poverty. [4]
He co-produced his own TV special, "Beyond Celtic" with Mindfox Productions, for PBS television in 2011, earning 2 Emmy nominations. [5]
In June 2013, he was invited to perform in Arlington, Virginia at the graveside of President John F. Kennedy as part of the JFK 50 celebrations. He also performed in New Ross for visiting guests including Caroline Kennedy and many members of the Kennedy family. He performed Amazing Grace with Judy Collins [6]
He was made Wexford Ambassador in 2012 along with Eoin Colfer, Colm Toibin and Dermot O'Leary. [7]
In 2015 he partnered with Steve Peters of Venuworks, to form a theatrical production company. Their first venture, NOËL, is a musical written by Eoin Colfer and Liam Bates debuted at the National Opera House, Ireland in December 2016. [8] [9]

Bill Whelan is an Irish composer and musician. He is best known for composing a piece for the interval of the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest. The result, Riverdance, was a seven-minute display of traditional Irish dancing that became a full-length stage production and spawned a worldwide craze for Irish dancing and Celtic music and also won him a Grammy. "Riverdance" was released as a single in 1994, credited to "Bill Whelan and Anúna featuring the RTÉ Concert Orchestra". It reached number one in Ireland for 18 weeks and number nine in the UK. The album of the same title reached number 31 in the album charts in 1995.
Eoin Colfer is an Irish author of children's books. He worked as a primary school teacher before he became a full-time writer. He is best known for being the author of the Artemis Fowl series. In September 2008, Colfer was commissioned to write the sixth installment of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, titled And Another Thing ..., which was published in October 2009. In October 2016, in a contract with Marvel Comics, he released Iron Man: The Gauntlet. He served as Laureate na nÓg between 2014 and 2016.

Riverdance is a theatrical show that consists mainly of traditional Irish music and dance. With a score composed by Bill Whelan, it originated as an interval act during the Eurovision Song Contest 1994, featuring Irish dancing champions Jean Butler, Michael Flatley and the vocal ensemble Anúna. Shortly afterwards, husband and wife production team John McColgan and Moya Doherty expanded it into a stage show, which opened in Dublin on 9 February 1995. Since then, the show has visited over 450 venues worldwide and been seen by over 25 million people, making it one of the most successful dance productions in the world.
Anúna is a vocal ensemble formed in Ireland in 1987 by Irish composer Michael McGlynn under the name An Uaithne. Taking the current name in 1991, the group has recorded 18 albums and achieved a high level of international success, including a significant role in Riverdance from 1994 to 1996. Almost all of their repertoire is composed or arranged by McGlynn. Having had a public base, and trained many singers, in Ireland, the group announced in December 2022 that they would cease public performance in Ireland, while continuing in Northern Ireland and beyond.

She is best known for originating the principal female role in the Irish dance theatrical production Riverdance. In January 2020 it was announced she is a member of the Irish America Hall of Fame, an honor presented by Irish America magazine.

Celtic Woman is an all-female Irish musical ensemble conceived and created by David Kavanagh, Sharon Browne and David Downes, a former musical director of the Irish stage show Riverdance. In 2004, Downes recruited five Irish female musicians who had not previously performed together, vocalists Chloë Agnew, Órla Fallon, Lisa Kelly and Méav Ní Mhaolchatha, and fiddler Máiréad Nesbitt, as the first lineup of the group that he named "Celtic Woman".
