Michal Nekola (born 12 July 1970 [1] ) is a Czech volleyball player and coach. Between 2017 and 2020, he was the main coach of the Czech national team, which he coached at the 2017 and 2019 Men's European Volleyball Championships. [1]
Michal Bílek is a football manager and former player. He led the Czech Republic national football team for four years between 2009 and 2013. As a player, he represented Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic at international level. His playing position was right midfielder.

His son Michal Nekola is a volleyball player and coach as well.
