MIGGS is an American pop/rock band formed in 2001 in San Francisco, California, United States, by Don Miggs (vocals/guitar). Michael Lombardo (bass/vocals) joined in 2005, Walker Adams (drums/vocals) joined in 2011 and John Luzzi (guitar/vocals) joined in 2012. Over the course of a decade, the band has released five albums and toured extensively with Maroon 5, Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver's Scott Weiland, LIVE's Ed Kowalczyk, Plain White T's, Green River Ordinance, Parachute, Candlebox, and KT Tunstall.
Don Miggs teamed up with drummer Jason Gianni and bass guitarist Mark Baker in San Francisco, California in 2001. After playing with many guitarists, the band independently released the album Anyway in 2003 which was recorded for less than $2,000 over the course of 50 hours. Michael Muller, who works and performs on the Late Show with David Letterman , played all lead guitar parts on the album. The band sold over 10,000 copies of Anyway and spent the next three years playing throughout California. At this time, MIGGS started to develop a fan base playing at local Borders and Barnes & Noble bookstores two to four times a week.
Gavin MacKillop (Goo Goo Dolls, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Sugarcult) teamed up with Miggs to produce Insomnia in 2005. The band embarked on their first national tour, opening for Cake (band), Aerosmith, Kid Rock and Lifehouse.
After a brief hiatus, Don Miggs released the solo acoustic EP, "Late Nights And Early Mornings".
2006 saw a reformed MIGGS with Don Miggs' childhood friend and original bassist Michael Lombardo joining the band. In 2008, the band released Unraveled, a collection of unreleased and alternate versions of songs from Miggs' previous three albums. They achieved chart success with the singles "Perfect" produced and mixed by JC Convertino, "I Believe," which reached No. 66 and No. 82 on Billboard's Hot AC chart. "I Believe" landed No. 7 on the Hot AC Media Base Chart and the band played on the national morning show Good Morning America .
2010 saw the release of MIGGS first album of new music in five years with Wide Awake. Wide Awake was produced by Ken Lewis and included the single "Girls & Boys," which hit the Billboard's Adult Album Alternative Chart at No. 42 and No. 89 on the Billboard's Hot AC chart. The music video for "Girls and Boys" was directed by Justin Purser. The next single off "Wide Awake" was "Let The Games Begin", which was also directed by Justin Purser and starred Lindsay Lohan. In the video, Lohan plays herself, partaking in celebrity activities by day and posing as an anonymous graffiti artist who paints the city walls of Los Angeles at night. The video landed the band major media attention from MTV Networks, Access Hollywood and many others.
In late 2011, MIGGS worked with the record producer Phil Ramone to record their fifth album, 15th & Hope. The album was released on September 11, 2012 on Elm City Music/EMI and entered the Billboard 200 at 163 and Heatseekers chart at number 7.
In June 2015, MIGGS released a rock single "Ordinary" that garnered attention of radio stations across the country with plays on Sirius XM station Octane and iHeart Radio's SIXX Pick, as well as hitting number 40 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs chart. The long awaited self-titles album, Miggs, was released in 2020.
During the Covid-19 pandemic the original members of the band worked on new music during quarantine. The result was the early 2021 released single " Harder Than It Has To Be".
The band is currently on hiatus as all members work on other projects and ventures.

Big Audio Dynamite were an English band, formed in London in 1984 by Mick Jones, former lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the Clash. The band mixed various musical styles, incorporating elements of punk rock, dance music, hip hop, reggae, and funk. After releasing a number of well-received studio albums and touring extensively throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Big Audio Dynamite broke up in 1997. In 2011, the band embarked on a reunion tour.
10,000 Maniacs is an American alternative rock band founded in 1981. They have released nine studio albums, six EPs, and five live albums. They achieved their most significant success between 1987 and 1993, when they released four albums that charted in the top 50 in the US: In My Tribe (1987), Blind Man's Zoo (1989), Our Time in Eden (1992), and the live album MTV Unplugged (1993). After the recording of MTV Unplugged, original lead singer and songwriter Natalie Merchant left the band to pursue a solo career, while the remaining members continued the band.
Veruca Salt is an American alternative rock band founded in Chicago in 1992 by vocalist-guitarists Nina Gordon and Louise Post, drummer Jim Shapiro, and bassist Steve Lack. They are best known for their first single, "Seether", which was released on the 1994 album American Thighs. That success was followed up with 1997's Eight Arms to Hold You. By 1998, Post was the only original member still in the band and continued on with other musicians. Veruca Salt released the album Resolver in 2000 and the album IV in 2006. After a hiatus in 2012, the band reformed with its original lineup. Their fifth studio album, Ghost Notes, was released in 2015.

The Von Bondies are an American rock band formed in 1997. The band's breakthrough album, Pawn Shoppe Heart, was released in 2004 and features the singles "C'mon C'mon" and "Tell Me What You See".
Everything Sucks is the fifth studio album by American punk rock band Descendents, released on September 24, 1996, through Epitaph Records. It was their first album of new studio material since 1987's All, after which singer Milo Aukerman had left the band to pursue a career in biochemistry. The remaining members had changed the band's name to All and released eight albums between 1988 and 1995 with singers Dave Smalley, Scott Reynolds, and Chad Price. When Aukerman decided to return to music the group chose to operate as two acts simultaneously, playing with Aukerman as the Descendents and with Price as All. It is considered a return to the band's angrier hardcore punk such as the Fat EP and Milo Goes to College.

War at the Warfield is a concert video by Slayer which was released on July 29, 2003, through American Recordings. Recorded at Warfield Theatre in San Francisco, California, on December 7, 2001, it is the band's second video album. The DVD's contents were announced by MTV on July 25, 2003. It is the last release by Slayer with drummer Paul Bostaph, who left due to a chronic elbow injury. Bostaph was subsequently replaced by the original Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo. War at the Warfield was well received by critics, debuting at number three on the Billboard DVD chart, and sold over 7,000 copies in its first week. It was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for selling over 50,000 copies in the United States. It also won a 2003 Metal Edge Readers' Choice Award for DVD of the Year.

Hot in the Shade is the fifteenth studio album by American rock band Kiss, released in 1989. It is the first Kiss studio album since 1981's Music From "The Elder" to feature lead vocals from someone other than Paul Stanley or Gene Simmons, with drummer Eric Carr singing lead on "Little Caesar". It is also the final Kiss album in its entirety to feature Carr before his death in November 1991 during production of the band’s next album Revenge. Unlike its predecessor album, 1987's Crazy Nights, Hot in the Shade does not heavily feature keyboards.

Lyrically, "Over" is about how her boyfriend will not commit and that their relationship feels "on again, off again".
Jefferson Airplane is the eighth and final studio album by San Francisco rock band Jefferson Airplane, released on Epic Records in 1989. Marty Balin, Paul Kantner, Grace Slick, Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady all returned for the album and supporting tour, though Spencer Dryden did not participate. The album and accompanying tour would mark the last time Jefferson Airplane would perform together until their 1996 induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
All Four One is the third studio album by new wave band the Motels, released in 1982. It features the Top 10 hit "Only the Lonely", and the follow-up hit "Take the L". Both songs were assisted by popular MTV music videos. The album was recorded and mixed digitally.

The band is known for its heavy guitars complemented by industrial and classical influences, as well as Monet's large vocal range. In 2012, Monet was featured in Metalholic’s "Top 25 Women in Hard Rock and Metal."
