Mother Love Bone was an American rock band that formed in Seattle, Washington in 1988. The band was active from 1988 to 1990. Frontman Andrew Wood's charisma and songwriting helped to catapult the group to the top of the burgeoning Seattle music scene at the time. Wood died shortly before the scheduled release of the band's debut album Apple, resulting in the breakup of the band. The album was released a few months later, though many recollections of demos, b-sides, and live performances were released and given to the general public as well.
Ten is the debut studio album by the American rock band Pearl Jam, released on August 27, 1991, through Epic Records. Following the dissolution of their previous band Mother Love Bone in 1990, bassist Jeff Ament and guitarist Stone Gossard began rehearsing with new guitarist Mike McCready. The group recorded a five-song instrumental demo tape that included contributions from Matt Cameron on drums. Copies of the demo were eventually given to drummer Dave Krusen and vocalist Eddie Vedder, both of whom were invited to audition for the band in Seattle. Many of the songs on Ten were instrumental jams or reworked Mother Love Bone songs for which Vedder provided lyrics.
Green Apple Quick Step, often abbreviated as GAQS, is an American rock band from Seattle. Their sound was described as hard-edged, post-grunge rock. The band began as Inspector Luv and the Ride Me Babys in Tacoma, Washington before becoming Green Apple Quick Step, in Seattle, by 1992. The initial lineup under the new name consisted of lead vocalist Tyler Willman, guitarists Daniel Kempthorne and Steve Ross, singer-bassist Mari Ann Braeden, and drummer Bob 'Mink' Martin.
Stone Carpenter Gossard is an American musician and songwriter who serves as a guitarist for the rock band Pearl Jam. Along with Jeff Ament, Mike McCready, and Eddie Vedder, he is one of the founding members of the band.

Featuring lyrics written by vocalist Eddie Vedder and music written by guitarist Stone Gossard, it was released in 1992 as the second single from the band's debut album, Ten (1991). The song peaked at number three on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. The song was included in Pearl Jam's 2004 greatest hits album, rearviewmirror . A remixed version of the song was included on the 2009 Ten reissue.
Happy Pills is the third studio album by Seattle rock band, Candlebox. It features former Pearl Jam drummer Dave Krusen who replaced Scott Mercado in 1997. Happy Pills did not gain the success of its predecessors and would be the last Candlebox album before their hiatus in 2000. It would also be the final Candlebox album recorded for Maverick.
Unified Theory, previously Luma, were an American rock band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1998. The lineup consisted of Chris Shinn, formerly of Celia Green, former Blind Melon members Christopher Thorn and Brad Smith (bass) as well as Dave Krusen (drums) formerly of Pearl Jam.

Taft is a blues/rock musician who fronts the Dudley Taft Band and was a songwriting member of Seattle band Sweet Water and member and chief songwriter of Seattle, Washington-based rock band Second Coming. It is also the first album without original guitarist Peter Klett, and has only singer Kevin Martin left from the original lineup. Former Pearl Jam drummer Dave Krusen returned for the album.
Wolves is a 2021 studio album by American grunge band Candlebox. The album was recorded in late 2019 into early 2020, but release was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The album continues exploring pop rock that started with 2016's Disappearing in Airports and has received positive reviews from critics.
The Long Goodbye is the eighth and final studio album from American grunge band Candlebox, released on August 25, 2023. The album was promoted with the single "Punks"—a cautionary song to younger bands about the fickleness of the music industry—and a farewell tour, after which the band will break up, with vocalist Kevin Martin citing a lack of support in the music industry and the high costs of touring. The album was rereleased on streaming on July 12, 2024, entitled A Little Longer Goodbye ahead of their A Little Longer Goodbye tour which will see them opening for Bush's Loaded: Greatest Hits tour. The rerelease of the album included the three bonus tracks previously found on CD and LP editions as well as two new live recordings.
