Michael Wenham Fibbens (born 31 May 1968) is an English former competitive swimmer
He represented Great Britain in three consecutive Summer Olympic Games, the FINA world championships and the European championships, and competed for England in the Commonwealth Games. [1]
He is a four times winner of the British Championship in 50 metres freestyle (1989, 1991, 1993, 1994) [2] [3] and a four times winner in the 100 metres freestyle (1989, 1991-1993). [4] [5] [6] He also won the 50 metres butterfly title in 1991 and 1994 [7] [8] and the 100 metres butterfly title in 1991 and 1993. [9] [10]
His elder sister Nikki Fibbens was also an Olympic swimmer (as was her husband Doug Campbell, and his brother Iain Campbell).
Mark Andrew Foster is an English former competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain in the Olympics and world championships, and swam for England in the Commonwealth Games. Foster is a former world champion and won multiple medals in international competition during his long career. He competed primarily in butterfly and freestyle at 50 metres.
Nicholas Gillingham, is an English former competitive swimmer, active in the 1980s and 1990s. Born in Walsall, he represented Great Britain in the Olympics, FINA World championships and European championships, as well as representing England in the Commonwealth Games. Medalling in two Olympic Games in 1988 and 1992, he was a World, European and Commonwealth champion in his specialist event, the 200 metres breaststroke. His career broadly overlapped with fellow British breaststroker and Olympic 100 metre breaststroke champion, Adrian Moorhouse.

Andrew David Jameson is an English sports commentator and former competitive swimmer. Active as an elite swimmer in the mid-to-late 1980s he represented Great Britain in two consecutive Summer Olympics, the FINA World Championships, LEN European Championships, as well as England in the Commonwealth Games. At his peak between 1986 and 1988 he won the gold medal in 100 metre butterfly at the 1986 Commonwealth Games, the 1987 European Aquatics Championships and the 1987 Summer Universiade, as well as the 100 metre freestyle gold at the same Universiade. Winning the bronze medal at the 1986 World Aquatics Championships, Jameson's career in the pool culminated in winning the bronze medal in the 1988 Summer Olympics, his second and final Olympic Games.
