Mike Pelliccia (born 27 October 1910, date of death unknown) was an Italian basketball player. He competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics. [1]

The Boccherini Quintet was a string quintet founded in Rome in 1949 when two of its original members, Arturo Bonucci (cello) and Pina Carmirelli (violin), discovered and bought, in Paris, a complete collection of the first edition of Luigi Boccherini's 141 string quintets, and set about to promote this long neglected music. Since then, they performed all over Italy and Europe and in many parts of the world, including thirteen tours of North America.

The Portrait of a Gentleman in a Fur is an oil painting by the Italian Renaissance painter Paolo Veronese measuring 140 centimetres (55 in) by 107 centimetres (42 in), dated to c. 1550–1560 and now in the Galleria Palatina in Florence. Another version exists at the Museum of Fine Arts in Budapest. The painting's subject is unknown: Daniele Barbaro has been suggested, but this is contradicted by a confirmed portrait of him held at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
