Mike Rowe is an American stock car racing driver from Turner, Maine and has the most win of any Maine driver in Maine racing history. He currently competes part-time on the Pro All Stars Series Super Late model tour. He is a three-time winner of the Oxford 250 [1]

He has competed in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR Busch Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and he was the first ever champion of the latter in 1995. He has most recently driven the No. 98 Ford Fusion for Phil Parsons Racing in the Cup Series. He is the father of former NASCAR drivers Jamie Skinner and Dustin Skinner. He was born in Susanville, California.

Go Green Racing is an American professional stock car racing team that is currently on hiatus in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The team, which raced with 14 different drivers in the 2011 season, is headquartered in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, but operates from a shop in Mooresville, North Carolina. In 2014, St. Hilaire closed down his Nationwide Series operation to merge the team into Go FAS Racing with Frank Stoddard. In 2018, the team returned to the Xfinity Series with driver Joey Gase, but parted ways with Gase at the end of the year.

The 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship was the 25th season in series history and the first under the USF Pro 2000 moniker. When the top rung of the Road to Indy ladder system, Indy Lights, was bought by Penske Entertainment in 2021 and the lower level series changed sanctioning to the United States Auto Club, changes were made to the other championships in the ladder that resulted in the championship being rebranded for 2023. This, together with the Indy Lights being rebranded to Indy NXT, effectively ended the "Road to Indy" branding, with the three championships below Indy NXT now collectively called "USF Pro Championships Presented by Cooper Tires".
