Mike Sheerin is a Canadian, Toronto-based television producer. He started Architect Films - which currently produces Decked Out , Deck Wars and Ice Cold Cash . Before starting Architect Films in 2010, Mike Sheerin was a documentary director/producer. His documentaries include: Hunting Arrows (CBC Newsworld, 2001), The Biographer's Voice (CBC/90th Parallel Productions, 2005), [1] The Degrassi Story (CTV/90th Parallel Productions, 2005), The Secret Mulroney Tapes (CBC/90th Parallel, 2005), [2] Encounters with Moses (CBC/90th Parallel, 2006), [3] Welcome to Canadaville (CTV/90th Parallel, 2007), [4] Bravo Company: Kandahar (History Television/90th Parallel, 2007) [5] and The Path to War (Global/90th Parallel, 2008). Decked Out is a Canadian home renovation television series, which airs on HGTV Canada since 2011. Hosted by Paul Lafrance, a contractor who owns Cutting Edge Construction and Design in Pickering, Ontario, each episode depicts Lafrance and his team designing and building a unique and dramatic deck for a client.

Deck Wars is a 2011 Canadian television series, airing on HGTV. It is considered a sister series to Decked Out, and like Decked Out, stars Paul Lafrance and his deck building crew. Unlike its sister series, Deck Wars is a game show that pits two teams of contestants against each other in building a deck in two days with a common theme.

Ice Cold Cash is a Canadian game show that ran from February 10 to June 6, 2012 for 28 episodes on Food Network.

Sheerin won the 2008 Gemini award for Best Photography in a Documentary (Bravo Company: Kandahar). He has been nominated for three other Gemini awards: Best Biography Documentary (The Biographer's Voice), Best History Documentary (The Secret Mulroney Tapes) and Best Direction in a Documentary (The Secret Mulroney Tapes).
