The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans. The Saints compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the league's National Football Conference (NFC) South Division. Since 1975, the team plays its home games at Caesars Superdome after using Tulane Stadium during its first eight seasons. Founded by John W. Mecom Jr., David Dixon, and the city of New Orleans on November 1, 1966, the Saints joined the NFL as an expansion team in 1967.

He played college football at John Carroll and signed with Rams as an undrafted free agent in 1998. After four seasons with the Rams, he was a member of the Bills for five seasons and spent his last seven seasons with the Redskins. He made four Pro Bowls during his Redskins tenure and won a Super Bowl title with the Rams in Super Bowl XXXIV.
Steven Rashad Jackson is an American former football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons, primarily with the St. Louis Rams. He played college football for the Oregon State Beavers and was selected in the first round of the 2004 NFL draft by the Rams, where he spent his first nine seasons. In his final three seasons, he was a member of the Atlanta Falcons from 2013 to 2014 and the New England Patriots in 2015. Named to three Pro Bowls and two All-Pro teams during his Rams tenure, Jackson is the franchise's all-time leading rusher.

He played college football for the USC Trojans and was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 1997. Knight was also a member of the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants. He was also an assistant coach for USC.
Mark Fields is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He had a ten-year career with the New Orleans Saints, St. Louis Rams, and the Carolina Panthers before missing the 2005 NFL season due to being diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma for the second time in three seasons and subsequently retiring.

He was selected by the Rams in the second round of the 2009 NFL draft.
Jason Smith is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the St. Louis Rams with the second overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. He played college football for the Baylor Bears. As a professional, he was a member of the Rams, the New York Jets, and the New Orleans Saints.

Mark Barron is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide, where he was twice recognized as an All-American, and was a member of two BCS National Championship teams. He was selected as a strong safety by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first round of the 2012 NFL draft, where he played for two and a half seasons before being traded to the St. Louis Rams in 2014, where he moved to the linebacker position. He also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos.

He played college football for Auburn University, where he was recognized as an All-American and was a member of a BCS National Championship team. Fairley was selected by the Detroit Lions in the first round of the 2011 NFL draft. He also played for the St. Louis Rams and the New Orleans Saints.
Nicholas Adam Toon is a former American football wide receiver. He played college football at Wisconsin and was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft. He is the son of former New York Jets wide receiver Al Toon.
Rob Havenstein is an American professional football offensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the second round of the 2015 NFL draft. He played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers. With the retirement of Aaron Donald in March 2024, Havenstein is now the last remaining Rams player from the franchise's time in St. Louis that is still with the team.
Ryan Mack Ramczyk is an American professional football offensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers, and was selected by the Saints in the first round of the 2017 NFL draft. A native of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Ramczyk attended four different schools before transferring to Wisconsin–Madison in 2014, where he became an All-American lineman for the Badgers in the 2016 season.
Boston Nealand Scott is an American professional football running back who is a free agent and professional Rocket League esports player for Dignitas. He played college football at Louisiana Tech. He was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL draft. Scott also played for the Philadelphia Eagles and was known among fans as "the Giant Killer" due to his propensity to perform well against the New York Giants.
Darnell LaShawn Alford is an American former professional football offensive lineman who played for the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Chiefs in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft after playing college football at Boston College. He played for the Chiefs from 2000 to 2001 and for the Jets in 2002. Alford was also a member of the Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys, St. Louis Rams, and New Orleans Saints but did not appear in any games for any of those teams.
