Miku Patricia Martineau (born September 13, 2004) is a Canadian actress, voiceover artist, and singer. She gained prominence for her role as Ani in the film Kate (2021) and has since appeared in various film and television projects, including Honor Society (2022), Star Trek: Section 31 (2025), and the Netflix series Bet (2025).
Martineau was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to Peter Martineau, a voice director, and Kumiko Martineau, who is of Japanese descent. She pursued formal training at the Randolph College for the Performing Arts in Toronto, where she studied acting, singing, and dancing. [1]
Martineau started her career as a voice artist in 2020, contributing to children's animated shows such as Carl's Car Wash and Finny the Shark. [2] Her breakout performance came in 2021, when she portrayed Ani in the Netflix film Kate, acting alongside Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Woody Harrelson.
