Milena Harito (born 4 October 1966) is an Albanian politician and member of the Socialist Party of Albania.
She is Minister of Innovation and Public Administration between September 2013 and September 2017. She currently represents Albania in the construction of a regional economic zone for six countries of the Western Balkans.
She graduated in 1989 from the University of Tirana in computer science, and became a research engineer. She left Albania for France in 1991 where she passed a diploma of specialized graduate studies in communication and information technologies in 1993 from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Four years later, she obtained a doctorate.
After her studies, she joined the Centre national d'études des télécommunications (CNET), then various positions with Orange S.A. in France.
She entered politics in Albania in 2012 and in 2013 she was elected to the Parliament of Albania.
Following the parliamentary elections of 23 June 2013, won by the center-left, she was named, on 15 September, the Minister of Innovation and Public Administration in the government of Socialist Prime Minister Edi Rama.
She led out several reforms, such as the recruitment and career of civil servants, one of the conditions of the process of integration into the European Union (EU). [1] A partnership with the National School of Administration (ENA) has helped strengthen the Albanian Academy of Public Administration (ASPA).
Edi Rama is an Albanian politician, painter, writer, former university lecturer, publicist and former basketball player, who has served as the 33rd and incumbent Prime Minister of Albania since 2013 and chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania since 2005. He was appointed Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in 1998, an office he held until 2000. First elected mayor of Tirana in 2000, he was reelected in 2003 and 2007.

The University of Pristina is a public university located in Pristina, Kosovo. It is the institution that emerged after the disestablishment of the University of Pristina (1969–1999) as a result of the Kosovo War. The inauguration of the university was a historical occurrence not only for the people of Kosovo, but for the whole Albanian nation. On 15 February, the solemn Parliament session took place, which is also proclaimed as The University of Pristina's Day. In the composition of the newly established University of Pristina were faculties with their headquarters in Pristina: the Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Law and Economics, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Medicine. Now the University of Pristina has 17 faculties, of which 14 are academic faculties and 3 are faculties of applied sciences. Contained within the emblem is a translation of the name into Latin, Universitas Studiorum Prishtiniensis.
