Mimmi is a TV series, based on the Viveca Sundvall book series with the same name. It originally aired over Kanal 1 between 21 October-27 November 1988. [1]

The Mimmi series is a children's books series written by Viveca Lärn. The main character is Mimmi, a girl in late Kindergarten, later early primary school, age. The books are told from the me-perspective, many of them as diaries. The books were originally published between 1979 and 1996.

En ettas dagbok is a 1982 Viveca Sundvall children's book, and the first book in the Mimmi series. Written as a diary, it is set between 16 August-30 April the year Mimmi attends the first grade at school. Together with Roberta Karlsson och kungen and Vi smyger på Enok they were later all released in a collection called "Mimmis bok".
