Subang Jaya is a city in Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia. It comprises the southern third district of Petaling. It consists of the neighbourhoods from SS12 to SS19, UEP Subang Jaya (USJ), Putra Heights, Batu Tiga as well as PJS7, PJS9 and PJS11 of Bandar Sunway, the latter of which are partially jurisdictional within Petaling Jaya under the MBPJ. The city is governed by Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ), which also governs other areas of the Petaling district, such as Puchong and Seri Kembangan. According to Subang Jaya City Council, Subang Jaya has a population of 968,930 in 2020, which makes it the sixth largest city in Malaysia by population.

The Bukit Bintang MRT station, otherwise known as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur–Bukit Bintang MRT station due to sponsorship reasons, is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) underground station in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Construction started around 2012 and opened on 17 July 2017. It served as one of the stations on the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Kajang Line, formerly known as Sungai Buloh–Kajang Line. The station has 5 walkways and entrances that are connected to iconic buildings and malls in the Bukit Bintang locality, including the Pavilion KL, Starhill Gallery and Fahrenheit 88 shopping malls. The main theme of the MRT station is Dynamic Pulse of Colour.
Ha Bik Chuen, also known as Xia Biquan was a Hong Kong painter, sculptor, photographer and craftsman. Born in Xinhui, Guangdong Province of China, he moved to Hong Kong in 1957, and began to study sculpture. He joined the Chinese Contemporary Artists' Guild in 1960. He is also a member of Hong Kong Visual Arts Society, Hong Kong Graphic Society and Hong Kong Sculptors Association.

Chen Cheng Mei, also known as Tan Seah Boey, was a Singaporean artist known for her pioneering work as the woman behind the Ten Men Art Group. A loose collective of Singapore-based artists, the Ten Men Art Group made work based on their travels around Southeast Asia in the 1960s, and around China and India in the 1970s.
On the afternoon of 14 May 1986 in Owen Road, Singapore, two primary school boys, 12-year-old Keh Chin Ann and his same-age best friend Toh Hong Huat, who were classmates from the same school and class, were last known to be walking together to school after Chin Ann fetched Hong Huat from his house nearby their school. The boys were never seen again, and they went missing on that afternoon of 14 May 1986. Since then, investigations and search efforts were made to locate the boys' whereabouts. The case was named as The McDonald's Boys due to the Singaporean branch of the fast-food chain McDonald's offering a hefty $100,000 reward for any information related to the boys' whereabouts.
