The Minister for Social Development is the head of the Ministry of Social Development of the Government of Koshi Province. One of the senior-most officers in the Provincial Cabinet, the minister is responsible for the management and promotion of labor and employment and the province's education, youth sports, women, children, senior citizens, disabilities and social security, program implementation, and regulating and managing non-plans. Kedar Karki is a Nepalese politician and member of Provincial Assembly. Karki had served as the Chief Minister of Koshi Province since 15 October 2023. He is also serving as member of Koshi Provincial Assembly having been elected from Morang 6 (B).

Karki's claim for chief minister was supported by the Communist Party of Nepal and Communist Party of Nepal.

Ram Bahadur Ranamagar is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the CPN. He is currently serving as the Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Koshi Province since 9 May 2024. Ranamagar has been serving as a member of the Koshi Provincial Assembly from Ilam 2(B) constituency since 2017.

Jhalak Bahadur Magar is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal party. He has serving as the Minister for Agriculture in Rajendra Kumar Rai's cabinet from 2022 to 2023. He also serves as a member of the Koshi Provincial Assembly and was elected from Jhapa 4 (A) constituency.

The Ministry of Health is a governmental body of Koshi Province in charge of formulation, implementation and monitoring of action plans related to the development and management of manpower related to health services, population, immigration and family planning in the Province level.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs And Law is the governmental body of Koshi Province responsible for peace and security, provincial investigation bureau, disaster management, provincial assembly affairs, communication and formulation of provincial level laws.

Ambir Babu Gurung is a Nepalese politician and member of the Communist Party of Nepal party. He has served as the Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development and Minister of State for Physical Infrastructure Development in Sher Dhan Rai's cabinet.
