Miriam Breitman was a Canadian variety television series which aired on CBC Television in 1968.
Host Miriam Breitman was joined by Lenny Breau, a vocal trio and Bob McMullin conducting the show's orchestra in this Winnipeg-produced series. [1] Breitman's guests included Manitoba musicians such as Ray St. Germain.
This half-hour series was broadcast on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. from 3 July to 25 September 1968.

Degrassi: The Next Generation is a Canadian teen drama television series created by Yan Moore and Linda Schuyler. Míriam Colón Valle was a Puerto Rican actress. She was the founder and director of New York City's Puerto Rican Traveling Theater. She is best known as Mama Montana, the mother of Al Pacino's title character in Scarface. In 2014, she received the National Medal of Arts from President Barack Obama. She died of complications from a pulmonary infection on March 3, 2017, at the age of 80.
