Miss India, also known as Femina Miss India, is a national beauty pageant in India that selects representatives to compete in the Miss World competition, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. It is organized by Femina, a women's magazine published by The Times Group.
The following is a list of India's official representatives and their placements at the Big Four beauty pageants, considered the most important in the world. The country has won a total of ten victories with eighty-one placements in all four pageants:

Miss Teen Diva 2020 was the inaugural edition of Miss Teen Diva beauty pageant. It was held on January 25, 2021 at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram, India. The event was hosted by Simran Ahuja. At the conclusion of the event, Rashi Parasrampuria was crowned Miss Teen India International 2020 by outgoing titleholder, Aayushi Dholakia from Gujarat. At the same event, Wachi Pareek was crowned Miss Teen India Universe 2020, Aishwarya Vinu was crowned Miss Teen India Earth 2020 and Sayali Ayre was crowned Miss Teen India Multinational 2020. Along with that, two runners-up, Pranjal Priya and Sejal Kumar.
Miss Diva 2021 was the 9th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant which was held on 30 September 2021 in Hyatt Regency Hotel, Mumbai. The 20 shortlisted contestants from all over the country competed in the pageant. Adline Castelino crowned Harnaaz Sandhu as her successor. After three months, she represented India at Miss Universe 2021 and became the 3rd Miss Universe from India to win the crown. Aavriti Choudhary crowned Ritika Khatnani as her successor. She represented India at Miss Supranational 2022 and won the title of Miss Supranational Asia 2022. Neha Jaiswal crowned Sonal Kukreja as 1st Runner-Up, whereas Kriti Sanon sashed all the remaining Runners-Up. Divita Rai was selected to represent India at Miss Universe 2022 and placed in the top 16.
Glamanand Supermodel India 2021 was the seventh edition of Glamanand Supermodel India contest. The event took place on August 21, 2021, at Kingdom of Dreams, in Gurugram, India. At the conclusion of the event, Simrithi Bathija crowned Zoya Afroz as the new Miss India International. At the same event, Divija Gambhir was crowned Miss India Multinational 2021 and Tanya Sinha was crowned Miss India Globe International.
Miss Diva 2022 was the 10th edition of the Miss Diva pageant, held at the Famous Studios in Mumbai, India, on 30 October 2022.
Divita Rai ; is an Indian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Diva 2022 in Mumbai and represented India at Miss Universe 2022 in New Orleans, reaching the top 16.
Miss Teen Diva is a national beauty pageant in India that annually selects representatives to compete in Miss Teen International, Miss Teen World, Miss Teen Universe, Miss Teen Earth, Miss Teen Multinational and Miss Teen Grand Pageants. The beauty pageant was started in 2020 by the Glamanand Group and was merged with Miss Teen India for three years.
Miss Teen International is an annual beauty pageant for girls aged 14 to 19 from various countries. The event is organized by the Glamanand Group, a company led by Indian businessman Nikhil Anand.
Miss Grand India 2023 or GSI – Miss Grand India 2023, was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand India pageant, held by the Glamanand Group on September 19, 2023, at the Rambagh Palace Hotel, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Eighteen candidates, who qualified for the national pageant through an online profile screening, competed for the title, of whom a 24-year-old model from the host city, Arshina Sumbul, was announced as the winner, while a businessperson from New Delhi, Sophhiya Sing, was named Miss Tourism India, and the vice-miss title was awarded to an Assamese clinical researcher, Rajashree Dowarah.
Arshina Sumbul is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss India Grand International 2023 at the grand finale of Glamanand Supermodel India 2023. She represented India at the Miss Grand International 2023 pageant held in Vietnam on 25 October 2023 where she was one of the top 20 semifinalists.
Miss Universe India 2024 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Universe India pageant, held at the Zee Studios in Jaipur, India, on September 22, 2024. The pageant is held under the Glamanand Group, with Nikhil Anand as the National Director.
Ritika Khatnani is an Indian model and pageant titleholder. She won the Miss Supranational India 2021 at Miss Diva 2021 and represented India at Miss Supranational 2022. where she was crowned Miss Supranational Asia 2022.
Rhea Singha is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Universe India 2024 on 22 September 2024, in Jaipur, India. Singha represented India at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant held on 16 November 2024, in Mexico and ended up as a Top 30 semi-finalist.
Trishna Ray is an Indian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Teen Universe 2024 on November 9, 2024, in South Africa. She is the first Indian to win the Miss Teen Universe title.
