The Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 held as part of The Filipino Festival event was the 2nd edition of Mister Pilipinas Worldwide pageant, held on October 24, 2023, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay. This followed the inaugural pageant organized on May 6, 2023.

Brandon Espiritu from the American territory of Guam was crowned as the pageant winner, succeeding Johannes Rissler. [3]
Following the coronation, Mister Philippines and the finalists were appointed in a separate ceremony held on February 18, 2024, to represent the Philippines in their respective pageants.

Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 will determine the representative of the Philippines for the Mister Supranational, Mister International, Mister Global, Manhunt International, Mister Cosmopolitan, and Man of the Year. [8]
Beatrice Luigi Gomez and Annabelle McDonnell hosted the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 pageant. [9] Prior to the start of the competition proper, Sam Concepcion performed his single "Otomatika" and was joined by the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023 and The Miss Philippines 2023 delegates. [4]
Thitisan Goodburn of Thailand and the winner Mister International 2023 was also present as a guest. [3]
An online poll was also opened with the results accounting for 50 percent of the contestants' final score. [10]
Sixteen contestants competed for the title. [11] [12] The entrants underwent a screening process. They had to be from 18 and 35 years old and not shorter than 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m) [13] The pageant was also open to men who are married and/or have children. [14]

Originally scheduled to be held in 2020, the coronation night of the pageant was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was rescheduled to July 11, 2021 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines with Catriona Gray and Nicole Cordoves as presenters. Due to the restrictions caused by the disease at the time of the pageant, several health and safety protocols were implemented to ensure the safety of the artists, candidates, crew and organizers of the event.
