Mistral is an Australian home appliances brand [1] [2] [3] which manufactures kitchen appliances, [4] heating and cooling fans, air fryers, [5] [6] thermo cookers, [7] electronics, and other appliances. [8] Mistral was established in 1968. [9] It is a subsidiary of Gerard Sourcing & Manufacturing. [10]

Mistral has been a sponsor of the Adelaide Crows, [11] and have also sponsored the boat that Jesse Martin used when he held the record as the youngest person to sail around the world solo. [12]

Mistral was purchased by Gerard Industries in 1990, while being managed by Robert Gerard. [13]
