The Model Land Company Historic District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on August 2, 1983) located in St. Augustine, Florida. The district is bounded by Ponce de Leon Boulevard, King, Cordova, and Orange Streets. It contains 238 historic buildings.

St. Augustine is a city in the Southeastern United States, on the Atlantic coast of northeastern Florida. Founded in 1565 by Spanish explorers, it is the oldest continuously inhabited European-established settlement within the borders of the continental United States.

The state is bordered to the west by the Gulf of Mexico, to the northwest by Alabama, to the north by Georgia, to the east by the Atlantic Ocean, and to the south by the Straits of Florida. Jacksonville is the most populous municipality in the state and the largest city by area in the contiguous United States. The Miami metropolitan area is Florida's most populous urban area.
