Mohamed Ali Houmed (born 1973 [1] ) is a Djiboutian politician who was president of the National Assembly from 2015 to 2023. [2] He represents FRUD. [3]

The Movement for Democratic Renewal and Development,is a political party in Djibouti. It was originally known as the Party for Democratic Renewal.
