Mohsen Yazdani (born August 1, 1969, in Tehran) is an Iranian bodybuilding champion. In 1999 he was the first Iranian bodybuilder to achieve the gold medal in world championships and in the same year also received the most advanced bodybuilder of the year award from (IFBB). Yazdani is also the first ever Iranian bodybuilder to join IFBB pro. He is now active as the founder and CEO of Hirbod chain gyms. [1]
Mohsen Yazdani was born on January 8, 1969, in Tehran. When he was 12, he started his career in wrestling and in the same year he achieved the silver medal in the Tehran Youth Cup. He entered boxing when he was 16, and after he was done with his conscription he started his bodybuilding career by the advice of his friends Hamid Gheisari and Hadi Ghadir. He started his career in Olympic gym in 1991. He achieved his first medal ever by reaching third place in the national cup. A few months later he entered the national cup for the second time, and he was able to achieve the gold medal. [2]

Hassan Yazdani Charati is an Iranian wrestler. Yazdani is an Olympic and World Champion in freestyle wrestling in two weight categories. He became Olympic champion in the 74kg category at the 2016 Summer Olympics after defeating Russian wrestler Aniuar Geduev in the final. The following year he became World Champion at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships in the Men's freestyle 86 kg category. He won his second world title at the 2019 World Wrestling Championships in Kazakhstan and the third one at the 2021 World Wrestling Championships in Norway.

Hossein Karimi is an Iranian professional bodybuilder, the champion of three different fields of powerlifting, bench press, and muscular physique, and also a member of the Islamic Republic of Iran national team in all the three fields. He started bodybuilding since he was 13 years old and also won his first national powerlifting competition championship in 2007. He became a member of the Iran powerlifting national team in 2010 and also increased the world record by 2.5 kilograms in 2013.
Joanna Clare Dawson Thomas was a British professional female bodybuilder. She was the younger sister of British professional female bodybuilder Nicola Shaw. She was the youngest British female bodybuilder to win her IFBB pro card, at the age of 21.
