Namak Haraam (transl. Traitor) is a 1973 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. The music is by R.D. Burman, the screenplay by Gulzar, and lyrics by Anand Bakshi. The film stars Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan. It also stars Rekha, Asrani, Raza Murad, A. K. Hangal, Simi Garewal and Om Shivpuri. Rajesh Khanna received his third BFJA Awards for Best Actor (Hindi) in 1974 for this film and Amitabh Bachchan had won his second Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1974.
Jaani Dushman is a 1979 Indian Hindi-language horror film directed by Rajkumar Kohli. It features an ensemble cast of big stars Sunil Dutt, Sanjeev Kumar, Jeetendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Vinod Mehra, Reena Roy, Rekha, Neetu Singh and Bindiya Goswami. The film revolves around a plot concerning a monster who kidnaps and murders women wearing red bridal attire. Jaani Dushman was released worldwide on 25 May 1979 and received mainly positive reviews from critics. Commercially, it was declared a "Super Hit" at the box office. In 2002, Rajkumar Kohli directed another film with an identical name starring his son, Armaan.
Khubsoorat (transl. Beautiful) is a 1980 Indian Hindi-language comedy drama film, directed and produced by Hrishikesh Mukherjee, and written by Gulzar, Shanu Banerjee, Ashok Rawat, and D. N. Mukherjee. The film stars Ashok Kumar, Rekha, Rakesh Roshan and Dina Pathak. It received critical acclaim and was a box-office success. The film was remade in Telugu as Swargam in 1981, in Tamil as Lakshmi Vandhachu, and in Malayalam as Vannu Kandu Keezhadakki. The 2014 film of the same name was loosely based on it. The 2023 film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani directed by Karan Johar also drew heavily from it.

It stars Jeetendra, Rekha, Nazneen and music composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The film is a remake of the Telugu film Soggadu (1975) starring Sobhan Babu, Jayachitra, Jayasudha. Both the movies were made under the same banner and the director. The film was Above Average at the box office. Actress Nazneen received the film's only Filmfare nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
