Moon Man's Landing is an annual American music festival curated by musician and actor Kid Cudi.
The first Moon Man's Landing event was initially held as a one-day music festival that took place on Saturday, September 17, 2022, as one of the tour dates for Cudi’s To the Moon World Tour. [1] The event was held at the West Bank Flats in Cudi’s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. [2] The line-up for the festival included musicians such as Don Toliver, Playboi Carti, Haim, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Pusha T, Jaden and Chip tha Ripper, among others. [3]
On June 2, 2023, Cudi announced he would return to Cleveland for the second annual festival. On June 14, Cudi unveiled the line-up for the second festival which included $uicideboy$, Bashfortheworld, Chelsea Pastel, Coi Leray, Siena Bella and Lil Uzi Vert. [4] Cudi also revealed the location, confirming it would again take place in his hometown of Cleveland, on August 19, at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. [5] On June 19, Cudi canceled the 2023 festival due to the city not approving it, but announced a return for 2024 hopefully with some of the same lineup performers in an outdoor venue. [6]

Michael George Dean is an American record producer, audio engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is best known for his synthesizer-heavy instrumentation and audio mixing for high-profile music industry artists. Beginning his career in 1992, he was first credited on releases for Texas-based rappers such as Scarface, Willie D, and Geto Boys, although he has since worked with artists including The Weeknd, Beyoncé, Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, Jay-Z, Drake, Madonna, Selena Gomez, Playboi Carti, and Lana Del Rey, among others. As a non-performing lead artist, Dean has released five solo studio albums: 4:20 (2020), 4:22 (2021), Smoke State 42222 (2022), 4:23 (2023), and 424 (2024).

An influential figure among his generation, he has contributed to the progression of trap music and its rage subgenre. Playboi Carti is the debut commercial mixtape by American rapper of the same name. It was released through AWGE and Interscope Records on April 14, 2017. The mixtape contains 15 tracks and features guest appearances from fellow rappers Lil Uzi Vert, ASAP Rocky as well as Dutch singer Leven Kali. Production was executively handled by ASAP Rocky and was primarily handled by Pi'erre Bourne, alongside several other record producers, including Harry Fraud, Hit-Boy, Jake One, Ricci Riera, and Southside.
