Morten Gladhaug Berre (born 10 August 1975) is a Norwegian football coach and former player who played as a winger. With 447 top division appearances, Berre has made the second-highest number of appearances in the Norwegian top division.
Berre was born in Oslo and started his career at Skeid. He is best known for his spell at Vålerenga, where he stayed for 13 seasons. Berre also played for FK Haugesund and Viking as well as for German club FC St. Pauli. Whilst at Viking he scored one of the goals as they famously defeated Chelsea in the UEFA Cup in 2002. [1]
After eight seasons as assistant manager of Skeid, he left after the 2023 season to become director of sports in Hasle-Løren. [2]
Berre was capped once for the Norway national team. [3]

Vålerenga
Vålerenga Fotball is a Norwegian association football club from Oslo and a part of the multi-sport club Vålerengens IF and compete in the Norwegian first division after being relegated after the 2023 season, finishing 14th out of 16. Founded in 1913, the club is named after the neighbourhood of Vålerenga. Vålerenga's home ground is Intility Arena, located in Valle-Hovin. Vålerenga are five-time league champions and four-time Norwegian Football Cup champions, having last won the league in 2005 and the cup in 2008.
Tore André Flo is a Norwegian professional football coach and a former striker who is the manager of 1. divisjon club Sogndal.
Lyn 1896 Fotballklubb is a Norwegian football club and a department of the sports club Ski- og Fotballklubben Lyn based in Oslo, whose members also participate in Nordic skiing and orienteering. Until 2010, SFK Lyn had two football departments, one professional section and one amateur section. After the professional football department, FK Lyn, was bankrupted in 2010, the fans decided to support the amateur department, Lyn Fotball, instead. With the help of some of the old FK Lyn players, Lyn Fotball has won three consecutive promotions, and are playing in the 2. divisjon. The team plays its home matches at Bislett Stadium, and the head coach is currently Jan Halvor Halvorsen.

Skeid is a Norwegian football club from Oslo that currently plays in 1. divisjon (OBOS-ligaen), the second tier of the Norwegian football league system. Its current home field is Nordre Åsen, after the club stopped playing at Bislett after the 2012 season. In past decades it has gained a reputation as a talent factory for the larger clubs in Norwegian football, and it has produced several players for the national team such as Daniel Braaten, Daniel Fredheim Holm, Omar Elabdellaoui and Mohammed Abdellaoue. Other notable players include Paul Miller. Skeid played in 1. divisjon in 2009 after a short stint in the 2. divisjon. They finished champions of the Second Group of 2. divisjon in 2008. However, Skeid relegated again to 2. divisjon at end of 2009 season in 16th and last position despite a good start. In 2021, Skeid won 2. divisjon group 1 and was promoted to the 1. divisjon.

Idrottslaget Hødd is a multi-sports club from Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. Founded in 1919, it has sections for team handball, gymnastics and football. It is best known for their men's football team, which since 2015 plays at Høddvoll, whose stated capacity is 4,081. The club's old home ground, Høddvoll Stadion, holds the record attendance of over 12,000 spectators at a match against Vålerenga in 1981.

Mohammed "Moa" Abdellaoue is a retired Norwegian footballer who played as a forward. He started his career with Skeid and Vålerenga before moving to Germany where he played for Hannover 96 and VfB Stuttgart. After returning to Vålerenga he ended his career due to knee problems. At international level, Abdellaoue represented the Norway national team.

The season was won by Viking, one point ahead of the newly promoted team Molde. This was Viking third consecutive league championship, and the fourth total.
