Moulhoule is an Administrative sub-prefecture in the Obock Region of Djibouti. [1] [2]
Politics of Djibouti takes place in a framework of a presidential representative democratic republic, whereby the executive power is exercised by the President and the Government. Legislative power is vested in both the Government and the National Assembly. The party system and legislature are dominated by the socialist People's Rally for Progress. In April 2010, a new constitutional amendment was approved. The President serves as both the head of state and head of government, and is directly elected for single six-year term. Government is headed by the President, who appoints the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers on the proposal of the latter. There is also a 65-member chamber of deputies, where representatives are popularly elected for terms of five years. Administratively, the country is divided into five regions and one city, with eleven additional sub-prefecture subdivisions. Djibouti is also part of various international organisations, including the United Nations and Arab League.

Arta Region is one of the six regions of Djibouti. It was officially created in 2003 by the regrouping of sub-prefectures of the regions of Dikhil and Djibouti. It is situated in the south-central of the country, bordering the Tadjoura Region to the north, and the Djibouti Region to the north-east, and Dikhil Region the Ali Sabieh Region to the south, the country of Somaliland lies to the east.

ʽAlaili Dadda is a town in northern Djibouti. It is situated about 68 kilometers north of Obock, at an elevation of 1,263 feet from sea level. The town sprawls on a wide basin surrounded by granitic mountains on all sides. It is located in the Alaili Dadda sub-prefecture of the Obock region. N16 road is located on. to the nearest settlements, Khor Angar, Dadda'to and Obock. The capital city Djibouti to quite far, but close to the city outside the two major Dadda'to. Is the capital of Obock region. Khor Angar the second largest city in the region. Dadda Alaile the 4th largest in the region or 5th.
Moulhoule is a town in the northern Obock region of Djibouti. It is situated on the west coast of the Red Sea, at its southern entrance. It is located on the RN-15 National Highway, which connects it to Obock, located some 70 kilometres to the south and is 15 kilometres south of the border with Eritrea.
Foreign relations of Djibouti are managed by the Djiboutian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Djibouti maintains close ties with the governments of Somalia, Ethiopia, France and the United States. It is likewise an active participant in African Union, United Nations, Non-Aligned Movement, Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and Arab League affairs.
