Mukul Kumar is an Indian civil servant and writer. ^[1] He works for the Indian Railway Traffic Service in New Delhi. ^[2]

His published works include four novels, As Boys Become Men, ^[3] Seduction By Truth, ^[4] Aarzoo-Arshan (e-book), Lost in the Love Maze, ^{[5] [6]} and three poetry collections, The Irrepressible Echos, Catharsis. ^[7] and Rhythm of the Ruins. ^{[8] [9]} Mukul recently translated his debut English novel, As Boys Become Men into Hindi, which has been published as Aarohi. ^[10]
