IN 2024 Election Rift between him and his cousin Aijaz Jakhrani He didn't get PPPP Ticket So he dicided to contest as independent candidate and then he won the election with over 10000 votes defeating PPP Candidate Aurangzaib Panwhar Back in 2013 he defeated His Father Sardar Manzoor Panwhar Later he joined PPP again . IN 2013 Jakhrani was made minister of Agriculture Population walfare In 2016 in cabinet reshuffle he again became minister this his office was transport and Mass His Big brother Daad Mohammad Is Cheif of Jakhrani Tribe

He was re-elected to Provincial Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of PPP from PS-3 (Jacobabad-III) in the 2018 Sindh provincial election. [6]
