Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use urban development in Quezon City, Philippines. Situated in Barangay Socorro in Cubao, and at the intersection of two major roads, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard, the area offers retail, dining, entertainment, residential, office, lodging and parking facilities throughout the complex and hosts over 1 million people daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals, including the railway stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2.
Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board, near Dehradun city in the Dehradun district of the Indian state Uttarakhand. It is about 35 kilometres (22 mi) from the state capital of Dehradun and 290 km (180 mi) north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range. The adjoining town of Landour, which includes a military cantonment, is considered part of "greater Mussoorie", as are the townships Barlowganj and Jharipani.

It is located on the 100 feet (30 m) Jawaharlal Nehru Salai in Koyambedu between SAF Games Village and the Koyambedu Vegetable Market. It is the second largest bus terminus in India as well as Asia. Chennai Metro Rail has operated a coach depot behind the bus terminus since 2015.
Damansara Jaya is a township in Petaling Jaya, Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia, situated in the Sungai Buloh mukim. Grand Central Stockport is a retail, entertainment and leisure complex in Stockport, Greater Manchester, England. It is adjacent to Stockport railway station and the complex first opened in 1991. Since then it has included various leisure facilities such as a multiplex cinema, a swimming pool, a Cineworld Cinema a bowling alley, a gym, a Quasar complex, and various food outlets. As of 2013, the area is being redeveloped and only half of the development is still open, including the pool, along with some other businesses. The remainder of the complex nightclub and cinema has been demolished in preparation for a new multi-storey car park and office complex.

The Lincoln Transport Hub is a transport interchange located in Lincoln city centre in Lincolnshire, England. It connects Lincoln railway station with the Central Bus Station across a pedestrianised plaza on St Mary's Street. There is also a 1,000-space multi-storey car park. Lincoln Transport Hub was scheduled to open in December 2017, however it was decided that the accompanying car park should be opened first and swapped the opening schedule. The new bus station opened on 28 January 2018.

The complex, located on Bay Street south of Front Street, is a joint development of Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines. It serves as the new global operational headquarters for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), consolidating approximately 15,000 staff from several CIBC-tenanted buildings in the Greater Toronto Area, including its existing headquarters at Commerce Court. The complex also includes the Union Station Bus Terminal constructed on behalf of Metrolinx for GO Transit and other inter-city bus services, connected directly to Union Station. The complex will also include a one-acre park elevated over the rail corridor.

The Uttara Museum of Contemporary Art (UMCA), located at MDDA Complex in Dehradun, is Uttarakhand’s first art museum dedicating multi-dimensional artworks in the memory of the 2013 North India floods (Kedarnath disaster). The museum exhibits various aspects of the calamity and the folk culture of Uttarakhand through paintings, sculptures, and other artworks by artist Surendra Pal Joshi. It also includes an art gallery encouraging younger generation of artists to exhibit modern and contemporary art. The museum is located in one of the Earthquake zones of India and is housed in a specially constructed building to withstand high intensity earthquake and extreme weather conditions.
One Ayala is an under construction mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land located at Ayala Center in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The development is located across Glorietta mall and occupies the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. One Ayala aims to combine retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022.
