My Story is the debut solo album by former lead singer of Swedish pop band Ace of Base, Jenny Berggren.
The track listing was revealed on Jenny's official website on 30 September 2010. On New Year's Day 2010, what later proved to be a demo version of "Free Me" became available for free download on Jenny's official website as a teaser of her upcoming solo material. [1]
In May 2010, the first official single, "Here I Am" was released throughout Europe. "Here I Am" entered and peaked at number 14 on the Swedish charts. [2] "Gotta Go" was released as the album's second single in September 2010 preceding the album's release in October 2010. [3] The album was released worldwide through various music outlets, including iTunes. The album includes a new, remixed version of "Free Me", as well as a studio version of fan favorite "Give Me The Faith," a song Jenny had begun to sing at live appearances a decade earlier.

Malin Sofia Katarina Berggren is a Swedish singer-songwriter, best known as a former member of the pop music band Ace of Base. Agnes Emilia Carlsson, known mononymously as Agnes, is a Swedish recording artist. She rose to fame as the winner of Idol 2005, the second season of the Swedish Idol series. Petra Linnea Paula Marklund, known also by her previous stage name, September, is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and television presenter. Marklund started recording in professional studios around the age of twelve, and first came to the attention of the music scene as September with September's debut single "La La La " in 2003, released from her studio album September (2004).

"Waiting for Magic" is a song recorded by Swedish pop group Ace of Base from their debut album, Happy Nation. The song was released in Scandinavia in April 1993 as the fourth single from their album. It reached number 1 in Israel and the top-10 in both Denmark and Finland. The original version of the song appears only on the original release of Happy Nation. The song is replaced with its remix on the album's re-release and on The Sign. "Waiting for Magic" was promoted through a number of live performances, including one at the Miss Universe Denmark pageant.

Simon Petrén is a Swedish music producer, songwriter, mix engineer and mastering engineer. He holds a Diploma in Piano Music Performance at the Royal Schools of Music in London and a Bachelor degree in Film Scoring and Music Production at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.
